Summary:

Honeymoon studio in the heart of the 'Burg! Romance awaits with wrap around fireplace, large gorgeous bathroom, bath robes, with soaking tub for 2 or if you prefer soak in the hot tub by the fire all in your private, fully covered and fenced courtyard. Luxurious linens, king foam mattress and fabulous décor! Living room suite, kitchenette, and 2 TVs. Managed by Heavenly Hosts PERMIT#805600_2046



The Space:

Romantic open studio with a big bathroom with tub and hot tub area, and patio . Studio is roughly 760 sqft.



Newly added Electric BBQ Grill!



- IMPORTANT: We’ve become aware of ongoing construction next to our property. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, as we do not own or manage the neighboring property. BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, effective October 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.

As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!

Hot tub & outdoor fireplace was great! The unit was decorated well, very clean and in a great location. Just a few additional thoughts for perfection, I would say the bathroom vanity needs lighting either above the mirror or on each side. Also, a full length mirror is needed in the bathroom area. Both a Kerig & a coffee pot were available which was a nice touch; however there were no coffee filters for the coffee pot and the unit needs more than one dish towel in the kitchen. All this said this is a wonderful property and we highly recommend it!

We needed a relaxing getaway and this was the perfect spot. Loved that all the shopping was just 2 blocks away if we decided to venture out, but everything we needed was in our cottage.

Look no further!

Awesome place to stay! You can’t beat the proximity to Main St. Easily walkable to the heart of shopping, literally a block and a half! Rental is clean, modern, and comfortable. The private hot tub right out the back sliding door is perfect for relaxing after a day of shopping or sightseeing. Will recommend this to any couple visiting Fredericksburg. Book it!

Spacious Suite

Our 3-night stay was wonderful. You cannot beat this location! Walking distance to downtown and HEB, with ample parking and living space onsite. The outdoor amenities were a huge plus, as well. Thanks for having us - beautiful property!

Perfect romantic getaway!

We LOVED the look, feel and location of this awesome little cottage! The furnishings and layout were beautiful! And you can't beat the hot tub and private patio on a cold night. We were able to walk to Main Street for shopping, the piano bar and lots of good restaurants. We used their recommended transportation service for wine tastings and our driver was great! We would definitely stay here again.
