Just blocks from Old Town Fort Collins, New Belgium Brewery, and the Poudre River Trail, this home is perfectly situated for adventure and relaxation. Spend your day exploring local breweries, shops, and scenic trails, then unwind in the bright living area or cozy entertainment den. With king beds and a family-favorite Skee-Ball table, this stylish retreat is the perfect blend of comfort and fun.

During your stay, you’ll love being able to walk to Old Town’s restaurants, breweries, shops, and live music. The nearby Poudre River Trail connects you to parks, museums, and the Whitewater Park—perfect for outdoor adventure. Enjoy the quiet, urban neighborhood while staying close to all the action.

This home features: Bedroom 1: King Bed w/ Ensuite Bath (upper level) | Bedroom 2: King Bed (upper level) | Plus Two Sleeper Sofas (main level/second level) | Sleeps 8

OUTDOOR LIVING: Gas grill (in garage) and nearby trail access.

INDOOR LIVING: 50” flat-screen TV, dining table with seating for 6, board games, ceiling fans, entertainment den with SKEECH table

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOMS: Half bath on main level. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

This property was awesome and we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again. Very close to Old Town, clean, and comfortable. The listing originally stated there was a workspace with a desk but on arrival there wasn’t a desk. I was working from this location so I contacted the host and they fixed it immediately. The property management was super responsive and very friendly!!! This did not impact our stay one bit.

The property had plenty of room for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the cooking essentials. Property was very clean and modern. Location was outstanding, just a short walk to Old Town Fort Collins. We will return.

Lovely condo

Perfect condo for us and our adult son and his wife. Conveniently located and all around lovely condo. Management was prompt with their responses when we had questions. Would stay here again!!

There were no surprises with this rental. The unit was exactly like the pictures and listing. It was very clean and had plenty of room. Stacy was great and very responsive. The location is great too. Would definitely stay here again if back in this area.

Great Location

The lace was a great location for us. It was close to breweries, my brother’s house and other attractions. It was a nice quiet neighborhood as well. We would definitely stay again!

Baum St. townhome

We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse on Baum St.Baum. The area was very quiet, the train was not noticeable. All the rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The open plan kitchen and seating area provided ample space for our family to relax and prepare meals. All necessary items for kitchen and bathrooms was provided. Easy walk to downtown.We had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend this property.

Great getaway

My wife and I stayed at this fantastic townhome with some friends. We had a wonderful time and were very impressed with the property. It had everything that we needed on the trip. The kitchen was wonderfully outfitted with pots, pans and utensils. The location was ideal, so close to Old Town. We will be back.

Graduation weekend

The place was really nice. We as a family enjoyed the special time together and celebrated our oldest graduation from CSU. It really was not very close to town. Also the bathroom tub wasn’t concreted in place so as you took a shower it squeaked and creaked.

Quick visit

A brief two day stop on our way further west. Enjoyed exploring Fort Collins and the location of this property was perfect for that! Close to Old Town with great restaurants and shopping. The townhouse worked great for our family and It was nice to have the garage.

Awesome Townhouse!

The home was great. Everything was as described and better. Great location, close enough to the action without the hassles being close to the action. Came to town to visit my daughter, who moved with a couple of the girls. We were able to have the girls over to enjoy a glass of wine before taking them out to dinner, made the trip special having enough room to have a few friends visit. Plenty of towels, beds are comfy and kitchen as anything you should need. This is the third home I have booked with Stacy and she by far the most organized host I’ve experienced.

Nice townhouse close to downtown FoCo

Nice 2 bedroom unit walking distance to town. 2 car garage made it perfect for us with 4 bikes! Well equipped, comfortable beds! The management company running the property was great-very helpful and responsive.
