The perfect space for family or friends, you can take in the stunning scenic views of the hills and valleys all year long. This delightful Cape-style home is situated on a lush six acres of private land and surrounded by a 700-acre land trust, providing four tranquil bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, spacious lounge areas, and two cozy fireplaces. Take advantage of eight miles of hiking/walking trails at the Flander's Whittemore Sanctuary Preserve with walking access to Lake Quassapaug. Be sure to catch the stunning sunset over the Woodbury hills & valleys at the "Goddess Point" Lookout!

Beautiful peaceful getaway

Anna’s house is wonderful. It sits up on top of a ridge line that has a stunning view. The house has more room than we needed and would be perfect for a large family/friend gathering. Plenty of room for everyone. All of the spaces were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more. Everything was very clean too.

Family Reunion

The house met all of our family reunion needs. We were local to other family members and the house was close to downtown Woodbury. Great access to stores and restaurants. The property was just as listed- a beautiful and serene setting. There were plenty of indoor and outdoor gathering areas. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio and cocktails during sunset with a view. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Wedding Weekend

I rented Anna’s beautiful home for my son’s wedding weekend. It was the perfect house for entertaining immediate family for wedding preparations and activities! We enjoyed a barbecue out in the backyard overlooking the mountains the night before with the fire roaring in the natural firepit on the patio. The home was so spacious with plenty of areas to relax and spend time with family. The kitchen was fully appointed with everything needed to prepare meals and serve with style. Bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels. The whole house is so warm and inviting. The Woodbury area is lovely with some great places to dine out! It truly was the perfect home for our family wedding!

Great place for a restful long weekend

The house is lovely and spacious. And the kitchen is well-equipped, even for preparing 7 dishes for a Thanksgiving dinner! I booked this house for the two first floor bedrooms for my mother and aunt (so they didn’t have to navigate stairs) and for the view. It did not disappoint! We enjoyed getting fresh air to watch the sunset each night. Anna was very responsive. And we loved the fires in the two fireplaces! Would definitely book again. My teens said it was their favorite VRBO so far! Thanks, Anna!

Great house and beautiful location

The pictures do not do the view justice. Every night we were amazed by the sunset as we sat by the outdoor firepit. Anna is an amazing host and the house has everything. The house is so spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We will be back.
