The Alsea Bay and ocean views are enjoyed atop this hillside in the small town of Waldport. Hilltop Heights is a cozy home that sleeps 5 and boasts unique features for you to enjoy while on vacation. With the motto of the town being "where the forest meets the sea", you will surely enjoy the best of both! With miles of sandy beaches, crabbing, clamming, fishing and hiking there is plenty to do while staying at Hilltop Heights.

This charming property has high vaulted ceilings, a wall of west facing windows and views from the living and dining rooms. Take in the blue horizons and heart melting sunsets! The kitchen, on the other side of the open stairwell, features beautiful wood slab countertops and plenty of space to cook up a feast! The pellet stove is perfect for cool evenings spent with family and friends around the table playing a board game, cards, or putting together a puzzle. The ground floor has a comfortable bedroom and a large bathroom. Upstairs is another bedroom with a queen bed and built-in twin bed, perfect for a family traveling with a child. The loft upstairs has extra seating with another television and is open to the living area below. As summer days heat up there is no better way of escaping the heat than walking into your air conditioned home after a day of exploring.

There is a nice, fenced yard to romp, play or just sit on the deck and enjoy the outdoors. The deck offers a place to relax while watching children or fido run around! Enjoy the evening with s'mores and the firepit in the yard! If you feel like staying in, you will find a generous choice of board games, a wii gaming system. In the basement everyone will enjoy air hockey, foosball and darts to keep you busy for hours. This special cottage is the perfect spot to take in the beautiful sights and sounds of the Central Oregon coast - guests will love the warmth of this home!

Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 2-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.
