.A great winter

The property was 1st rate....well kept, clean and in a good location. A few minutes in one direction is Disney, a few minutes in the opposite direction is the wilds of rural FL. The owner was great to work with and prompt in responding to questions. If you're looking for a great place to stay, this is it.

FANTASTIC

This home was a wonderful vacation home! What the pictures show is what you get and it’s great! The owner was wonderful to work with, everything you need is in the kitchen (which I cooked a lot!), beds were good, quiet neighborhood and the pool area was amazing with a beautiful view of the woods. (We had a raccoon friend, woodpecker, bunnies, lizards, birds.) This is our 8th year renting through VRBO and this is in the top 3 houses we’ve been to. Thank you!

A great getaway destination

My family and I just finished renting Michael and Kelly’s Davenport home for the months of February and March. At differing times there were up to 5 adults and 2 children enjoying the space. The home was everything that the VRBO site promised. It was spacious - the second, formal living/dining room area providing a unique quiet area for the adults to unwind; very clean; and well equipped with all the essential linen and kitchen supplies. The heated pool was great for relaxing at the end of the day, and a billard and air hockey tables kept the kids entertained was well. The home is very well located in a quiet, gated community, which is within a short drive of the theme parks, discount shopping and restaurant and grocery outlets. The resort facility itself also has lots of activities for families, including a pool, fitness centre, volley & basketball courts, pingpong, etc. Michael and Kelly were great hosts. During our search for an enjoyable vacation home, they provided helpful advice and lots of details on their property. And during our stay they were very punctual and attentive to our requests for information on home mechanics, such as the HVAC and pool heating and quick to arrange repairs to a leaky garburator. We have dealt with many rental hosts in the past and truly appreciated the excellent level of support that they provided us. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for accommodation in this area.

Very nice villa, fully equiped with all you need to have a great holiday time

We had a great holiday time in this location. The villa was nicely equiped with modern and functionnal equipements; all hardwares in kitchen, bathrooms, and rooms were in good working conditions. Nice and clean pool (the water temperature was perfect in july - even without heating) well oriented with sun on the pooldeck up to 5:00 PM...quiet neighborhood. The pool table (billard) and air hockey provided great moments for all the family; there are also family DVDs and board games provided... We also enjoyed the Aviana clubhouse (mainly the fitness room), and the staff was very kind and helpful (i.e. to print voucher for SeaWorld park bought on internet). The Aviana resort is fairly well located (10 min drive from Publix or Restaurants at Champion's gate - 20 min drive from Disney or SeaWorld) The only reason we don't give a 5 stars is because of the noise of the road 17/92 passing by just behind the trees of the backyard... Thanks to Michael and Kelly for precise and on-time communication...it went perfectly well. We recommend this location for a great family holiday... Olivier & Noémie

Enjoyable holiday

Really enjoyed our holiday at your villa: spacious, fully equipped. Our kids just loved the swimming pool! Traffic was very busy at morning (busy road, school, road works) when we left for the parks but so is traffic in all of Orlando. 😉

Great Stay

We stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. Home was as pictured and described. Our kids had a blast at the pool and there was plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kids to hang out. We even had the entire clubhouse pool to ourselves when we first arrived and really enjoyed that area too. The owner was responsive anytime we had a question so communication was great. Thank you!

A great winter home

My wife and I stayed for Jan. and Feb. and were happy with the house. The location is close to amenities but far enough out to have a somewhat rural feel. The owner was great to work with and the few minor problems we encountered were corrected quickly. Overall, a great experience.

Xmas Disney Trip

The house was awesome in great conditions and clean, looks like the pictures. The owners Michael & Kelly were great to deal with very responsive and they always answered any questions I had right away. It was so nice to be in a house rather than a hotel especially during these times. We had a great time, I would definitely book this house again. The home was not exactly what was in the picture. The sheets were not changed on the beds there was hair and other items when u rolled back the sheets. I dont belive that was any fault of the home owners. The cleaning company did a horrible job of clean. The property manager was more than happy to help. Other than that nice home. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed.

The house was beautiful and close to everything we needed. Pool was green when we arrived....never could use. Couldn’t connect to the WiFi. Hot water was lukewarm at best

Great Property! As Advertised!

We were extremely happy with our stay! Our communications with the owner made the stay stress free. Our most important amenity was the heated pool. I asked to ensure the pool was ready to swim in as soon as we showed up. We were so happy to find that our request was granted. We used the pool often and it was a great size for kids (ages 9, 11, and 13). Additionally, I would like to commend the response time of the property management company. We had an light bulb out and it was fixed immediately. Also couldn’t get on WiFi & management company walked me through it in less than 5mins! Great stay, Great property! Highly recommend! Lovely house. Very clean. Very quick response time from owners when we had a very minor issue. The only negative would be it was a bit far from Disney than we wished. Often there was rush hour traffic. Otherwise, house was great.
