Unwind in Kill Devil Hills at this lovely semi-soundfront beach cottage complete with water views. With 3 bedrooms including 2 queen beds and 1 twin over a full bunk bed, this cozy retreat is perfect for families or friends looking to relax by the community soundfront beach or pool. Only 12 minutes from the ocean beach access. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, AC, fully stocked kitchen, bed/bath linens included, outdoor shower, grill, beach chairs/umbrella, and a washing machine to use during your stay. The 2 bathrooms with showers/tub and hair dryers make getting ready a breeze. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

This house is top notch! Clean and inviting space with a beautiful view of the sound right from the front porch! It came with fresh linen and enough towels for all of us! Theres a washer and dryer right in the hallway closet which was super convenient! Theres a cozy little area underneath the house with a grill and picnic tables that was perfect for a nice lunch together. We also used that space to paint the seashells we found! The front porch is a perfect hang out area! The communtiy pool that we had access to was awesome! Snack bar with lots of options, friendly staff, and they even had a pickup water volley ball game one day. My kids had a blast there! A few steps away from the pool is a beautiful beach area with 2 playgrounds, a pavillion, and swimming areas. We felt like we were on our own little island! A great place to take pictures! We met the owner of the home and he was really nice and accommodating! It is nice to know the owner is just a few minutes away if you had any major needs! Overall we had a great experience. I highly recommend this house and we would definitely like to stay there again one day in the future when we visit the outerbanks again! Highly recommend!!!

House was beautiful & super clean, nice neighborhood. Lots of traffic, be aware for kids. The best part was the pool & the park by the sound. The pool is very reasonable and kid-friendly! You are about 10 minutes from the beach

Great, relaxing porch view of the bay. The pool and the people in that community were awesome and friendly. Collington Island is a beach community. The trees help with shade and cooler climate than the other areas of beach where it is stark with no sun cover. Plenty of good eateries to choose from. Recommend the dolphin tour and the aquarium. Weather canceled our wild horses tour but heard that’s worth doing.

Perfect for Family of Four

We had a wonderful stay in Colington! We loved that everyone was able to have room to move around, my 8 month old was able to crawl as much as possible, my three year old loved exploring and “this bunk bed is better than my bed” so everything is comfortable. You have an amazing view of the sound and the porch is a great place for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night! We LOVED staying here!

Memoral Weekend Fishing

Took a quick trip to the Outer Banks to off-shore fish. This home was perfect. Super clean and great location with a splendid view. Marc was an excellent host. We would definatley book again!
