You’ll be staying in a waterfront condo in the Ocean Pointe community which is located West of the 5 fwy, less than 1 mile from Tamarack State Beach and 1.5 miles from the lively Carlsbad Village (shopping, restaurants, & entertainment). Condo balcony overlooks the Agua Hedionda Lagoon and features partial ocean view. Condo is located in private & secure community with direct access to a lagoon, trails, pools, hot tubs and more. Condo has been recently upgraded with a modern beach vibe to create a refreshing retreat for you to enjoy!

Condo is located in a resort style, private gated community. Guests will have full access to all amenities within the community including:
2 heated community pools with bathrooms & showers available all year
3 hot tubs
Community BBQ grills
Direct access to Agua Hedionda Lagoon (open access to launch a kayak, canoe or stand-up paddle board)
Nature walking trails
2 assigned parking spaces in a gated underground garage located near elevator

Condo Features:
Condo accommodates a maximum of 5 guest. Condo is 1,460 sq. feet and features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a full size sleeper sofa. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials. The lagoon is visible from living room and balcony. A hot tub and grill are located within steps of condo. Additional features include, free Wi-Fi, heat and air conditioning, Smart TVs in each bedroom and living room, in-unit washer and dryer, extra linens and towels, beach supplies including beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, boogie boards, and beach/pool towels, plus more. *Absolutely NO smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes inside, outside or near condo. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed within the gated community. Guest will be asked to vacate immediately without refund if found violating this rule. Please No Shoes in Home
