Belle 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain Ocean View Condo Ă  Surfside Beach

Beachwalk # 303 est idéalement situé à Surfside Beach, SC entre la jetée de Surfside Beach et la jetée de Garden City. Ceci est une unité au 3Úme étage dans un immeuble de 12 unités. Ma femme et moi possédons cette unité depuis 2002 et apprécions de passer du temps avec nos enfants aussi souvent que possible. L'unité est de plus de 1000 pieds carrés avec 2 chambres à coucher pleine grandeur, 2 salles de bain complÚtes, une cuisine spacieuse, un coin salle à manger / salon avec portes coulissantes en verre qui s'ouvrent sur le balcon et une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Le haut plafond du salon et la lucarne sont également des caractéristiques attrayantes. L'unité est spacieuse, ce qui permet à la famille de passer du temps ensemble ainsi qu'à un individu de profiter d'une certaine intimité quand il le souhaite.

Beachwalk a un grand parking Ă  l'arriĂšre du bĂątiment et un petit nombre de places Ă  l'avant. La grande piscine, situĂ©e Ă  l'arriĂšre du bĂątiment, offre de nombreuses heures de plaisir. Comme il n'y a que 12 unitĂ©s dans le bĂątiment, la piscine est rarement bondĂ©e. Beachwalk est juste en face de l'accĂšs Ă  la plage publique et vos pieds peuvent ĂȘtre dans le sable et l'ocĂ©an en quelques minutes.

La jetĂ©e Surfside et la jetĂ©e Garden City offrent une excellente occasion de pĂȘcher Ă  ceux qui l'apprĂ©cient. Il y a des restaurants prĂšs des deux. La jetĂ©e de Garden City a une arcade et il y a de la musique live le soir pendant les mois d'Ă©tĂ©. Il y a des parcs communautaires Ă  distance de marche de Beachwalk qui ont des balançoires, des toboggans, etc. pour les plus jeunes. Les adultes et les enfants aiment regarder et nourrir les tortues dans un Ă©tang Ă  proximitĂ© le soir. Il se trouve Ă  courte distance en voiture de nombreux autres restaurants, parc aquatique, marchĂ© aux puces, bowling, minigolf, magasins et de nombreuses autres activitĂ©s. Myrtle Beach est Ă  environ 10 minutes pour ceux qui veulent s'aventurer plus loin.

Love this place!

Our family loves Beachwalk in Surfside. This is the first time we stayed in this particular condo and we had a great experience. The condo was clean and Dean was super nice and easy to work with.

Great space for for a getaway

Enjoyed our stay. Easy checkin process, great view, and clean space. Only downside was that the necessities were a bare minimum (bath tissue, papers towels, etc
). No dish soap, etc
Just know to bring your own everything, which is ok if you know to pack everything beforehand.

We were very happy with the property. There were plenty of dishes. The property was clean and the carpet was in very good condition, especially considering the proximity to the beach. We had a great time and would return.

Home away from Home

We had a great time! Condo was really nice. Very clean with everything we needed. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. Dean was very helpful when we had a question about parking. Definitely recommended this condo.

clean condo,clean pool and a quick walk to beach...had a blast and relaxed by pool and on the beach...awesome resteraunts and bars near by...made the mistake of locking my cell phone in condo during checkout...couldnt wait for someone to get there to unlock condo...emailed mngr. via the vrbo site and Dean..made necessary contacts to get my phone mailed to me in PA....much apppreciated Dean and staff...would def. reccommend this property and will be staying there again in future....

Great property

Great property with a great price point. Condo was stocked with everything we needed for the week. I loved the layout of the condo which made it perfect for my adult daughter and I. The only issue I had was key garage lock on the door, which was user error. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone staying in Surfside SC.

Perfect location and the rental could not have been nicer. Comfortable new beds. New carpet. 2 bathrooms. Decks with ocean views. Fully functional kitchen. Outdoor pool is perfect. Will absolutely be back next year!!!

Quiet getaway

Property was nice, but wish they had an elevator since we were on the 3rd floor, and we are in our 70’s. Something had jammed the key box when we arrived, but owner responded immediately when we called.

Wonderful place to stay

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo, and would most definitely stay again. Dean is a very responsive and helpful host. I gave a four star rating on cleanliness, not because the unit was not clean, because it was. The issue was there were a few places that needed a thorough dusting. It was mostly walls close to the heating and air vents and above washer and dryer. I’m sure this is hard to keep ahead of during busy tourist season, and is probably addressed in the slower off season. Again, this definitely would not stop me from staying here again. We enjoyed our stay and week at the beach!!

Primo location in a clean condo

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a fresh and clean smell. You could tell that it had been thoroughly cleaned. We didn’t cook, but if we had wanted to make dinner, the kitchen was very well stocked with necessities. I worked from the condo and loved that I could sit at the table and see the beach. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes which was fantastic. I loved the layout of this condo as we were 2 adults couples, and the bedrooms did not share a wall. Also, we never heard the neighbors despite being surrounded by families! The A/C worked great, so despite the sweltering heat outside, we were always cool! The skylight and cathedral ceiling in the living room made the main area very bright and felt spacious. Having cable TV was a plus as we did watch TV at night. The mattress in the master was very comfy and there was tons of storage! Parking was always plentiful. There were lots of open spaces despite it being a holiday week. Cons: 3rd floor with no elevator & linens/towels are not provided. I did not notice this while looking at amenities because I had never rented a unit that didn’t provide it. So if you are flying in, you should be sure to note this. (The listing is correct, but since it’s simply not listed as an amenity, you may miss it.) You are on Ocean Blvd, so during busy times, the master can get quite a bit of road noise. The unit, for the most part, has not had any updates, but for us, the location was more important!

Great Experience

This property is in an excellent location. It is clean and was perfect for our family. Loved the high ceiling and view of the ocean. Check in and check out process was good and the owner communicated appropriately. We also appreciated that it came with 2 parking passes so we could park our vehicle and golf cart. Many stores and resturants are golf cart accessible from this property. Pool was always clean and never packed. Easy walk to beach. Great stay!

Great Surfside Location

Very nice accommodations. Clean and comfortable. Location is great for the ocean, food and things to do. We visit Surfside often and we'll stay here again.

Great place to stay. We loved the location an very short walk to the beach. We didn’t think we would enjoy the pool, as we have not had one in the past years staying in MB, but great way to end a hot day at the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I purchased Beachwalk #303 because of its spacious living area, ocean view, large swimming pool, short distance to the beach, and convenient location to the many attractions the grand strand has to offer. Surfside Beach is a family oriented area where our family enjoys time together taking walks on the beach, looking for shells, and enjoying the sun, sand, and water.

Surfside Beach is a wonderful area. We enjoy walks on the beach, fishing at the piers, and enjoying the parks and other attractions. It is great to spend time on the beach, come back to Beachwalk and enjoy the pool, prepare a meal or go out to one of the many fine local restaurants, and participate in many area activities without having much travel involved.
