Entrez dans cet hÎtel récemment rénové vue sur l'océan condo souhaitable Surfside Beach. Le condo a une vue directe sur l'océan et est à quelques pas de la plage. Cette unité dispose d'un balcon privé, d'un parking privé sécurisé et une grande piscine privée pour les clients Pelican Pass. Le condo a été entiÚrement rénové en 2016 - chaque pouce a été touché avec soin. Dans la visualisation des images, vous verrez les nombreux équipements à l'intérieur. Le condo est trÚs spacieux avec prÚs de 1100 sq. Ft. Il est une premiÚre unité d'extrémité du plancher. Il dispose également d'une salle pleine de blanchisserie de taille. Il a été joliment décorées avec tout le confort de la maison. Equipements extérieurs comprennent les zones griller et douche extérieure. Idéalement situé entre Inlet et Myrtle Beach Murrell avec de nombreuses attractions à inclure: golf, restaurants, shopping, activités de plein air et bien plus encore. Juste une courte distance de marche des restaurants, des bars et Surfside Beach Pier.

Easy stay -returning guest!

This is the second we have stayed at this property. It has not disappointed. Easy beach access, close to the pier and restaurants but quiet atmosphere. The check-in and out process was simple, straight to the point. Another happy stay!

Great Experience!

The condo is amazing and very close to the beach entrance – just a short walk to the other side of the street and you’re there! The place is great, clean, and it has everything you need to feel comfortable. Also, very close to many restaurants and the Pier. We were there during the tropical storm Debby and had to cut our vacation short, but Roger was a great host, and he communicated with us several times to make sure we were OK and had everything we needed. We are planning to return and would rent again without hesitation! Highly recommend this place.

Great location & clean!

I was so happy when we got inside — the pictures don’t do it justice. It was so convenient to the beach - my 2 year old had no issues to and from. It was very clean. Little spikey gumballs from the trees get in the breezeway but as long as you’re wearing shoes it’s no problem. We’ll be back!

Wonderful stay in Surfside Beach

We enjoyed an awesome week in SSB at this property. We had everything we needed in the unit and everything was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the “home style” linens and towels and not the scratchy generic ones you sometimes get elsewhere. The property is very close to the beach and only a few blocks walking distance to restaurants. Overall, very pleased and would rent again without hesitation. Thank you.

Everything was perfect!

This was an amazing condo! Everything inside was comfortable and homey. Being on the first floor was the best. The walk to the ocean was super quick, with an access point right across the street. The pool was excellent! We used it multiple times per day, everyday we were there. Great restaurants right up the street. All in all, made a wonderful vacation. Looking forward to our next vacation. Great Location, Great Condo

Place was great. Nice location a close enough walk to the restaurants but far enough down Ocean Blvd that the beach is a bit less crowded. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The host, Roger, was very communicative and even called to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed during an incoming tropical storm. Would recommend.

Surfside Vacation

We had a wonderful visit to Surfside while dropping my daughter off at college. The unit was clean, comfortable, steps away from the beach, and within easy walking distance of the restaurants in Surfside. Has safe parking behind the building, and a lovely balcony out front with a glimpse of the ocean.

We are a family of four from the Raleigh, NC area who love the laid back atmosphere of Surfside Beach. We decided it was time to update our place and offer it on VRBO so others can fall in love with Surfside just like us. With one tween and a teenager busy with sports and other activities we wish we had more time to visit.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Surfside offers a fantastic family-friendly environment and we have tried to outfit 102-B Pelican Pass with everything we enjoy during a vacation at the beach. The first floor unit (only one flight of stairs) has very close beach access, is walking distance from the Surfside Pier along with restaurants and bars and has a pub height table on the deck for enjoying coffee & breakfast outdoors. If you like, bring your bikes and enjoy some family time on 2 wheels!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Pelican Pass is a small condo complex. It has 2 buildings with a total of 18 units (12 in Bldg A and 6 in Bldg B). Our unit is located in Bldg B. The parking is fantastic, unlike other cramped parking lots at other complexes. The building and grounds are well maintained and offer great outdoor space. As noted many times before, it is a great location in a quiet neighborhood. There's also a baseball field just steps from the complex next to Floral Lake.
