Condo in the heart of Downtown Cocoa Beach with direct beach access right in your back yard! Perfect for a quiet holiday get away. Imagine walking out onto your private back patio with your morning coffee while watching the sunrise and listening to the waves crash upon shore. This one bedroom, one bathroom, with a full kitchen, living room and outdoor shower is oceanfront with private beach access. Park your car and walk to local boutiques, entertainment, or a variety of local favorite restaurants. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a pull out sofa bed in living room. All Tv's are on a swivel allowing you to move the screen in any direction. Fully stocked kitchen with views of the ocean makes meal prep relaxing. The condo has a washer and dryer. Simply everything you need for a relaxing get-a-way.

2 minute walk to Coconuts, Ice Cream Shop, Subway, Heidi's Jazz, and food court

Unit is nice and right on the beach. Path to beach is a bit overgrown - but might just be off season. Heads up if you book during Christmas there is a huge Christmas Eve event we were unaware of on the beach directly in front of the condo. We were unaware - but pleasantly surprised to get to watch Surfing Santa's - but it is a BIG event.

Great stay in a great neighborhood

My husband and I stayed at this property and absolutely loved it! Great proximity to the beach (literally right out the back door) and loved that we were in the downtown area and within walking distance to so many different shopping places and places to eat. We did reach out to the property manager once while down there and she got back to us well within a timely manner which was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

We loved the property. The access to the ocean was amazing! I also spent many hours on the patio listening to the waves and enjoying the ocean breeze. The location cant be beat. Everything you need right outside the front door. The kitvhen had everything needed to prepare meals. Plenty of towels and bedding for a family if 4. The bed was very comfortable. Loved having a full-sized washer and dryer in the room. We will be back!

Diamond in the ruff!

This cozy condo was perfect for my husband and I. We watched sunrises in the morning, enjoyed the beach in the afternoon and plenty of places to choose for your night life, most within walking distance. We definitely will be back again next year!

Good spot at the right price

Very reasonably priced beachfront property, tucked away from the business. 1 bedroom, comfortable bed, small living room and reasonable kitchen. A little tight for a family of four though exactly what we were expecting.

Our 44th Anniversary get away

This was the first time we ever rented. We had a great time, the condo was nice and clean right on the beach. We got to sit on the patio drink our coffee & see the sunrise. We even had a bonus and got to watch the falcon 9 heavy rocket launch.

Very nice. Great beach access. Close to many eating establishments. Night time noise from bars was a little loud. Noise did stop around midnight or just a little after. Beach had life guard on duty.

November stay

The room is first floor, directly on the beach. Very comfortable for two people. No dishwasher or grill. The patio has a picnic table and a small high top table with 3 chairs. Access to the beach was great! This property has two bar / restaurants right behind it. Perfect for grabbing dinner and a drink plus you can hear the music from your patio.

Great location!

We were a family of 4, we did bring an air mattress to help with sleeping due to only a queen in the bedroom and sofa. We didn't want to deal with the sofa bed every morning. It was great though. The location is AMAZING and in the middle of everything. The only time we drove anywhere was to go to Kennedy Space Center which was about a 30 minute drive. The book left for information guided us towards a great breakfast place on the way out (Southern comfort cafe, I believe). I love the beach and you are right there live music every night. The owner reached out prior to our stay to let us know what was going on for the 4th of July weekend, which was great. We will be back!

The property views were very beautiful. The sliding door was a bit banged up and there was ants in the bedroom and bathroom. Killed 2 spiders also. Other than that it was clean and comfortable.

Relaxing

Condo was quaint for 2 people. Janice with East Coast Living was quick to respond to an ac issue. Patio could use some TLC along with the path to the beach. Gnats were a problem. Overall nice little beach town!!

Thank you Tim for the Ocean Point review. We apologize about the AC issue, but glad it was able to get fixed quickly. We love our little beach town, and are happy you love it too. We will take note of the gnats and the patio- thank you. Unfortunately, Florida is home to a lot of little creatures and although we try our best to rid them via pest control, sometimes they like to find a way back in!
