Room was just a few steps away from the walkway to the beach. Everything you could need including: chairs, umbrellas, cooler, kids toys and boogie board. Plenty of good restaurants in the area. Property had great communication ensuring the stay was going well. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. The beach is wonderful. We were told that some maintenance work would begin on 9/1 but it actually started on 8/28 and again on 8/31. The work for those two days was concentrated right outside our door and involved chiseling and removal of chunks of the building over hang. This basically began at 8 am. Having said all of that, we had a great time in Coacoa Beach and hope to return at some time.

the place we stayed in was very nice and convenient, there was a couple issues, dish washer did not work, Kitchen faucet was loose and there were some lights that the bulb was not working.

The condo was really nice but my favorite thing is it had everything you needed like shampoo body wash and conditioner, also trash bags paper towels and all the beach stuff you would ever need! This was the first condo I stayed in that you didn’t have to go to the store to buy the essentials, I think every condo owner needs to lear from these folks

The unit was exactly as expected based on the description and pictures. The location was perfect. Able to walk to restaurants, bars and beach. Plenty of extras in condo for beach and cooking. Even salt and pepper. We would definitely rent again.

Fun beach stay

Everything was wonderful. The pre-arrival communication was helpful for packing and preparation. Check in and out was easy and the location was perfect for relaxing or surfing.

Property was exactly as pictured! Beautiful, clean, updated, and the best vacation rental I’ve literally ever been in. There was absolutely nothing lacking. They’ve supplied you with everything you could possibly need and more. Very clean and well maintained. Most rentals seem to be a let down in one way or another but not this one! Better than I expected. Easy check in/out and great communication with the host. And the ocean view they picture is exactly what you get! Will definitely rent from Happy Palm Stays again!

We loved having 2 masters! Both rooms had a connecting bathroom with walk in showers. The unit was beautifully decorated. You have a view of the ocean from the family room and even from the kitchen. The pool is just steps away from condo. There were plenty of towels. They even provided beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella. The kitchen was well equipped. We had a wonderful time and definitely going back next year.

We had a phenomenal stay at this condo in Cocoa Beach! My husband and I spent a couple of nights here after our cruise, and it was the perfect way to relax and unwind. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations.Communication with the host was excellent. They were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. The condo was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beachfront location was fantastic, and we loved being able to enjoy the ocean views and easy beach access. Enjoyed the beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella that were provided. We didn’t use the pool area but it looked nice.Everything was seamless, and the experience was even better than we had hoped. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach!

Everything was lovely! The place inside was immaculate and well-provisioned. Although the property is located on the main drag (read: walking distance to great restaurants!), you wouldn't know it, feels very private. 2 minute walk to the beach and pool was also near by. The whole property appears very well cared for. Owners/manager were very responsive. Highly recommend!
