Welcome to your perfect family getaway near Possum Kingdom Lake! This spacious and comfortable 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is just minutes from the Rocker B Baseball facility, making it ideal for tournament weekends, family vacations, or a peaceful lake retreat.

Immaculate home in a new, private, gated community with a shared clubhouse, community pool, and playground. BYOB: Bring your own boat to the community's private boat launch and docks reserved for residents only. Extra large driveway to accommodate all of your water toys! No boat? No worries - there are local boat and jet ski rentals nearby for your convenience!

Only 5 miles away from the Rocker B Ranch event venue and baseball facility. Just 10 minutes away from The Cliffs, which includes an award-winning public golf course, driving range, spa, and restaurant.

Home includes 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (walk-in showers and double sinks) and walk-in closets. Third bedroom has a queen bed, while the fourth room is a bunk room with two bunk beds. Pack n’play is also included. A large third bathroom has double sinks and a tub. All king and queen bedrooms include a workspace (desk and chair). There are front and back patios and a large fenced backyard for enjoying time outside. Covered back patio has a built-in grill, outdoor dining table, patio furniture and outdoor fireplace for dining and living outside while enjoying the outdoor scenery.

We stayed here while playing at a baseball tournament at Rocker B. The location was perfect for getting to and from Rocker B. The community pool was great. The house was a perfect size for 3 families to stay and the kids loved the bunk room. We also enjoyed the patio and large backyard.Only con was there were not many bath towels so be prepared to wash them or bring extras from home.

Thank you for your detailed review. We will check the amount of towels left out. We usually have at least 4 bath towels per bathroom. Unfortunately, towels have been repeatedly stolen from our property, which limits our inventory, though we do replace our stock regularly.

Perfect for Rocker B weekend

Great floorplan for our mix of adults and baseball players. Really nice location - easy access to Rocker B baseball fields and also the fun over at the lake. Very comfortable beds and nicely decorated. Highly recommend!

Good location and amenities

This house is large and comfortable. We had two families stay here and nobody felt cramped. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook our meals. Everything is new and in working order. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to get ahold of- we would stay here again if we are in the area.

This was a great house and just minutes away from Rocker B. We were able to sleep 3 families comfortably and everyone had plenty of room. The house was new and very clean.

Great Experience — Super Clean & Convenient

This property is located in a small, gated community close in proximity to the Possum Kingdom Lake and Rocker B Ranch. The house is super clean and has everything you need for a weekend away. The host was great and was very detail-oriented, leading an awesome stay.

Great home close to Rocker B

Cute house with plenty of space for hanging out. Great location if you're playing a baseball tournament at Rocker B. Owners were accessible and home rules and directions were clearly stated. We will definitely stay again if we are at another baseball tournament.

Beautiful home

We loved this home! Great location just minutes from a private dock. This home comes stocked with essentials and little extras just to make your stay even more comfortable. The back patio sitting area, table and grill are perfect for cooking out and relaxing with family and friends. Will definitely book again!

This property is beautiful! Very close and convenient to Rocker B and the lake. Morgan was very prompt with any questions we had. The kids enjoyed the community pool that was just a minute away. The 2 masters and full baths were definitely a plus for us. We will definitely be back! We enjoyed our stay:) Thank you

Family lake trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend, kids had a blast tubing on lake. Great access to boat dock, felt comfortable with leaving at dock. House is very pretty, nice size for our family of 10. Kids loved the bunk room. We spent lot of time on patio. Beds are comfortable, plenty of utensils & cookware, & games. This area was quieter & lake area also. Also pool area is very nice & playground.
