ABOUT THIS HOME:

This Sarasota home includes Terrazo and porcelain flooring throughout, high ceilings in the main area with original beams, a spacious kitchen and dining area, three bathrooms, three bedrooms, including two masters. Each bedroom has its own large smart tv and the living room has a 65 inch tv. There is a lanai serving as a 4th bedroom and/or office with a large closet and privacy French doors. The property provides an oversized driveway, a backyard with turf area, putting area, bbq, and a covered patio with lounge seating and a outdoor dining table. Enjoy this luxurious stay in a private and beautiful secluded area of Sarasota, Indian beach and sapphire shores

Overpriced, Unusable amenities

Outdoor furniture was so dirty it couldn’t be sat on, I had to clean it. The golf clubs were in bad shape, the balls were cracked and the yard putters were all falling apart. The bags/cornhole game was completely unusable. The boards were warped and the bags moldy. Beach chairs had dead bugs on them. The hose I needed to clean the chairs had a nozzle so old and rusted I was afraid to use it and had to buy one. The string lights on the back porch didn’t work - all the bulbs were out except 1. The other light goes on and off so fast it’s useless. Light by the laundry room didn’t work either. Lights in the house had issues - some didn’t turn off or on. Had to replace multiple batteries. TV in one room didn’t work. Light switch broke in a bathroom.

Awesome house in a great location

I recently visited Sarasota with my two teenage sons who each brought a friend. The house was well appointed and provided the perfect amount of space for the five of us to each have our own bed. The location was fantastic - we were a quick drive to St. Armands Circle and Lido Beach as well as the University Town Center Mall and UTC shoppes. I enjoyed morning runs in the neighborhood with gorgeous views of the bay.

Great location for a lot of sites. Close to airport but hardly any noise.Walkable neighborhood.Efficent and clean accomadations great for guests.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home, very comfortable beds, walkable neighborhood, close to airport. Easy access to home and host. My granddaughter loved the little swing chair out back.

Great House and Neighborhood

Really enjoyed staying here with our team on business. Was much more economical and much more comfortable than a five day hotel stay. Really central to many locations in the area and nice neighborhood for walking. Very quiet too. Property manager was very responsive. Would highly recommend.

I almost want to keep this property my little secret. Everything you see in the pics and read in the description is accurate. The property is immaculate. Lewis is very responsive. Will book here again for sure!
