The bedroom offers plenty of space, including a dedicated desk for work and study. The walk-in closet ensures you'll have plenty of room for your clothes and bags.

The host was very welcoming, responsive, and helpful. He made it very easy to book our extended stay, was great at answering questions and took care of any issues quickly and with great consideration for us. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect for short or long stay. Cozy comfy it served us well the month we were in Rochester Mn. Basement apt . What you see in pics is want it’s like Close to the Mayo Clinic . It’s great for two adults we enjoyed our stay while my husband had his radiation treatments

Mayo Clinic visit

Everything went smooth as silk. Connor's communication was prompt, congenial and clear. Location is easy to find. It is located 9 blocks north of the clinic & about 1 block east of 4th Av NW. In good weather it would be a comfortable walk to the clinic. Since the weather didn't cooperate, the drive was easy straight south on 4th. The apt is very comfortable. It even has a cordless phone charger. TV worked great. It is equiped with a full size fridge with freezer AND a small size dishwasher. Kitchen has a double sink, a center island with 2 bar stools as well as a table. The appliances and kitchen tools are of good quality and all that one might need. The bathroom is very tiny with only a small shower stall & a tiny sink. Nice hot water. New towels & bedding. The bed is very comfy. A nice walk-in closet. A desk & chair. Many drawer dresser, full length mirror. The entrance door lock & apt door lock are easy to use code access. The one and only item that i personally found uncomfortable was that it is a basement apartment that lacks daylight. Eventhough the lighting in the entire apt is excellent, I am more comfortable with windows that allow lots of daylight in the rooms. It is obvious that a lot of work has gone into the layout, the finishing and decorating of this cute little apartment. Connor was receptive to a few minor comfort suggestions for the apartment.
