This house was perfect for what we needed! The cost was very fair for everything this house had to offer. Additionally, our hosts were very quick to respond to questions and worked with us on our changing schedule. Location is safe and comfortable, and in walking distance to a lot of our events. Would 100% stay again!

Tim is excellent with communicating! We needed to extend our stay and he took care of it right away. This is our 2nd time staying here and will be our go to place when we need to stay again!

Beautifully appointed and thoughtfully restored. Kitchen had everything one could need to cook at home. Super clean. Appreciated the laundry and the easy walk to Mayo Clinic, despite construction detours. Nice to sit in the back in the sun for a bit when the weather was nice-relaxing after long days of appointments.

The house was clean and furnished beautifully. The location was ideal for walking to the hospital. It was very nice to have a full kitchen with plenty of equipment to cook with and a fridge to store food. The backyard was a nice bonus, with a family of bunnies that came to visit each day! I would stay here again.

This is an awesome older home that has been extremely well taken care of. Very clean and comfortable. The owners have done an excellent job having it well stocked with everything needed to make a very comfortable stay. We will definitely stay here again if needed!

Wonderful home with vintage charm and updated amenities. SO convenient to Mayo Clinic, just a short 10-12 minute walk. This is particularly important due to all the construction at mayo which makes parking a challenge. The home has amazing original features and also has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Grocery store is a 2 minute drive, restaurants are walkable or a very short drive.Tim was a fabulous host and we will definitely stay here again if we ever return to the area.

Super comfortable!

We stayed while my adult daughter had a full week worth of appointments at Mayo. It was so comfortable and homey. She was able to have her own space for napping. I was able to walk easily to the small grocery store. We walked to Mayo and St. Mary’s but sometimes took uber. The home was nicely stocked with high quality supplies. It was great to have pryex to store leftover food in. The owners also reached out to check on us after some severe weather. I felt very safe in this home and walking in the neighborhood. We will definitely rebook if we end up back at Mayo.

This property holds a special place for us. It's our first home and we lived here for 5 years. It has been a traditional rental property for the last 20 years. We almost sold it but decided to bring it back to its original beauty and charm and share it with the visitors of this city that we love.

This home is in a great location. You can see St. Mary's Hospital from the house and it's a very short walk. It's also a short 10-to-15-minute walk to Mayo Clinic downtown. It offers a comfortable and relaxing escape in a beautiful older home with the original charm. It's close to coffee shops, many restaurants and several grocery stores. It's a short walk to a walking trail.
