Completely remodeled 2nd-floor apartment that is nine blocks from downtown Rochester, Mayo Clinic, restaurants, and shops. Two bedrooms, one bath--with toasty-warm heated floor! Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, living room with Smart TV, private deck, garage to park your vehicle, and on-site laundry in the basement of the house. We are located near the biking/walking trail system, park/playground, bus stop. You're on the edge of the urban buzz in a residential neighborhood on 4th Street SE, a busy thoroughfare.

This VRBO was a good choice for us. Close to Mayo for daily treatments. Even though it is a small unit it had everything we needed for our 4 week stay. It was very clean, recently updated and a garage to park vehicle. We would book again should the need arise.

Nice stay

We stayed a couple of nights. The space is very clean and conveniently located to the Mayo Clinic. We enjoyed a lovely lunch on the deck.

We would stay again!

The property is a great central location to the Mayo Clinic, St. Mary’s Hospital and shopping. It has a nice walking, bike trail near by and we enjoyed the back deck when weather permitted.

Great place and location!

This cute upstairs house was perfect for our short getaway. The place has been updated and although small still has plenty of room to relax. A bonus is the availability of a garage. Will definitely try to book again, when in Rochester!.

Convenient to Mayo and comfortable space

Across 4th Street and over a block to a nice walk to downtown. About 20min to main Mayo Clinic buildings. Very nice, clean space with a great porch and nice neighbors.

Our stay

House was fine, location was not great. Couldn't even go outside without the neighbor dog barking. Owners of the dog did nothing to stop the dog from barking.

Property we moved to was great

Great location to the natatorium, the place we moved to was great! New, clean, and relaxing. It may have been a new listing as it was missing some of the essentials that our other stays have had like shampoo, conditioner, soap, wash pods, salt, pepper, non stick pans, etc. Owner was very responsive and flexible with checkout which was greatly appreciated.

The apartment was just fine. My only concern was the smell in the apartment. The smell was strong enough that we were glad we didn’t have to spend too much time there. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.Also, some soap for the shower would have been really nice.

We loved the place!

I can't say enough good things about the apartment. Cozy, squeaky clean, generous supply of luxurious towels, comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped and modern. Washer and dryer are located in the basement, very convenient.We loved spending time on the little patio/balcony. Nice, clean garage for our rental car. I have two suggestions (as we may book this apartment again for future visits in Rochester): in the smaller bedroom, replace the side table with a small chest of drawers and put a little nightstand next to the bed.Everything else was perfect!

Scandinavian Vibe

This apartment is well appointed, super comfortable (special shout out to beds and pillows!) and has everything one needs to settle in and hunker down. Laundry and garage warrant huge bonus points! 3 minutes to Mayo, 5 to St. Mary’s.Did I mention the garage??!!

Home away from home

The apartment was very clean. Everything was new or almost new and high quality. The beds are comfortable. We slept well. The distance to Mayo clinic is 5 minutes by car and 25 Minutes to walk. The hosts were easy to deal with and very accommodating. It was a very pleasant stay and we will definitely stay their again should we come back to Mayo. Thanks Kris and Doug

Clean, everything we needed to cook meals was available, comfy beds and loads of pillows. The communication between owner and self was 10, they are kind, flexible and thoughtful. Will def be staying here again when we return.
