Clean and comfortable. The only complaint is the temperature extremes in the apartment. At times it was over 80 degrees and sometimes 70 or below. I brought in an instant read thermometer to check the temp. There is no thermostat to regulate temperature. We did not bring this to the attention of the owner while we were there.

Nice tranquil space

Was a great space to stay, work remotely, and receive treatment at Mayo clinic. Close to charming creek trail. Walking distance to stores and restaurants and Mayo.

Fantastic location and cozy house

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. The neighbors were very quiet, the space was lovely and well-appointed. It was walking distance to everywhere we needed to go. Reliable wifi and streaming, lots of hot water and good pressure, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was just wonderful. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location. Great stay

Close to Mayo and I enjoyed walking the flower lined streets. Hyvee is in a strip mall and its about 3 minutes by car. The apartment is very nice and furnished well with all the kitchen amenities you need. Towels were thick and I loved the walk in shower. A very quiet and well groomed neighborhood. A short walk to Kinsky park and you have to eat at the Canadian Honker across from Mayo. I traveled alone and felt very safe coming from Iowa while being treated at Mayo. Owner responds quickly if problems do arise. Thank you for the great stay.

Satisfied but not really!!No communication by owner!

Over all it was the perfect location to get to Mayo and StMarys hospital.However they need to replace the filthy rugs!!Also,I booked this place for 26 days but only stayed there 16 days!I reached out to owner about refund or maybe use those extra days in February,because we will be making more trips to Mayo!!!We did not get an answer at all from the owner!!Thats just RUDE!!

Rochester

The inside was as the pictures showed. The outside is run down. There are cigarette butts all over. It was hard finding the right door. The inside entrance was filthy and paint chips were coming off the wall. There was only two rolls of toilet paper, no hand towels or wash cloths. When I contacted them, they did bring some over. Whenever I contacted them they were very responsive. The beds were very comfortable. The rugs were dirty.

Mayo stay

Nice place but did need a little better cleaning. The rugs inside were dirty, some of the dishes had to be washed before use and parking was not good if more than one vehicle. Also had an issue with one of the other tenants cranking their music up on multiple occasions. The neighborhood was awesome and the apartment was cute and had all the essentials you may need.

Inside fine. Outside entrance sketchy.

The outside entrance looked terrible. Peeling paint on stairs, overgrown weeds, another tenant sitting on steps with extremely unfriendly dog that we had to get by. I thought, “What have we gotten into?” Once inside, the place was ok. Nice that it had all one would need in the kitchen. Enjoyed the dining area with plenty of light, and the updated bathroom.

Nice place but BAD beds and tripping hazards

I was scheduled to go to Mayo Clinic for treatment for one week. The treatment took only ONE day. we left the rental after 2 nights (we were going to tour around the area for the remaining days but the beds were so uncomfortable that we left early). I’m disappointed that we had to leave early and that I had prepaid for 7 nights. I have not heard from the owners about a refund or about the problems with the property after several attempts to reach them

Rochester

I was worried when I saw the outside of the building but inside when you got past the stairs that went up, it was very nice. We had trouble figuring out the TV. The instructions in the welcome manual were not very good. But we did figure it out. The carpet under the dining room was scattered with lots of debris but the rest of the place was very clean. They had forgotten to have a towel to dry the dishes- - not a big deal. And the kitchen faucet got stuck and I had to dig it out to work-- never got hot water. All in all it was fine, and only a six block to the clinic.

Perfect location

This place was mostly great. They had everything we needed, and responded promptly when we had some issues. There was a problem of some sort with the cleaning agency they used and when we arrived it was very dirty, but they refunded our cleaning fee.

Loved staying here - clean, comfortable, and close to Mayo Clinic!

We really loved staying here. It was very easy to check in, the entire unit (both bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom) were clean and just as pictured in the listing. This listing is within walking distance of the St. Mary's Campus and the main Mayo Campus (just shy of a mile from the entrances for each of the main buildings we needed to access), and within a 2-5 minute drive to grocery stores (Hy-Vee and Fresh Thyme) and other amenities (other stores like Chuck & Don's pet food store, and FANTASTIC Mediterranean takeout from Nupa (North location). The neighbors were friendly, and we felt comfortable walking our small dog in the neighborhood, morning, mid-day, and early evening hours. Hema was quick in her responses, and very easy to communicate with. Overall, if we ever have to come back to Rochester again, I'd look here first.
