Enjoy the beauty of the Collegiate Peaks from our elegant, modern townhome, just 9 minutes drive from Riverside Park in Salida and 21 minutes to Monarch Mountain ski area. Whether you are white water rafting, skiing, mountain biking, visiting hot springs or just taking in the beauty of Chaffee County Colorado, our 1600 sqft 3/3 will be a great place to prepare a full meal in our great kitchen or catch a movie in 4K HDR on our 75” NeoQLED TV in the living room or direct from bed.

Monarch Manor sits in a wonderfully walkable neighborhood with a playground just steps away and plenty of hiking trails nearby. The sunshine and mountain views are spectacular!

Nicely furnished, not cluttered with accessories, beds were comfortable, white towels and linens, well equipped kitchen, knives were sharp and appreciate the box of tissues and the drawer of ziploc bags and plastic wrap. Great having large mirrors in every bedroom. Great hiking nearby and close to Salida and BV.

Exceeded expectations. Very quiet neighborhood. Million dollar views. The condo was fantastic. Felt right at home.

Family’s First Ski Trip

There could not have been a better option for our stay! The size was perfect, the cleanliness and availability of anything we could possibly think was unmatched, and having a good sized garage for our ski equipment to dry out in and for keeping the jeep out of the snow was an option we didn’t realize we’d live SO MUCH! I’ve already shared this listing with 2 friends! We will definitely be back!

Modern and Spacious Condo Nestled in Crossroads of the Rockies

Extremely clean, quiet, modern and new spacious home with plenty of privacy to relax. Property manager was very quick to respond and attentive. The property had several comfort and entertainment amenities included for guests from local historical literature to puzzles, games and big screen televisions. The location offered our family a convenient drive to several attractions such as Monarch Pass and its Scenic Tramway, Gunnison National Forest, rafting and hiking in Brown's Canyon, Salida and the historic mining town of Leadville. We would definitely stay at this property again if available.

Absolutely the most amazing place!

I celebrated my 49th bday in Salida and stayed here with my family. We have stayed in a LOT of vacation rentals, and I have never been in one so many wonderful amenities. think wireless charging stations, umbrella, picnic blanket, games, a nice electric kettle, a nice french press, every toiletry you could need. I never use the little bottles provided at other rentals, but I did use the nexus, the body wash, the nivea lotion. The place is spotless with extremely comfortable linens, plenty of towels. Really just perfect. Garrett was so thoughtful and kind. We will stay there again!

Perfect

We’ve stayed in Salida several times and this location the best. The house has everything you will ever need and more. They had all the extras to make you pack lighter. Such as hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, makeup wipes, laundry detergent. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. It’s always nice to have a big comfy couch and a huge tv too. We will be back next year for sure. Thanks Garrett for your quick response to all of our questions.

The place was amazing, will definitely stay here again!

The place was immaculate, the host thought of everything you could possibly need. He truly went above and beyond. Cannot say enough good things about this place, it was truly beautiful. The owner gets an A++, well done.

Loved the inside of townhome

Inside was beautiful & well equipped. Loved the beds, linens,TVs & amenities(shampoo, body wash, kleenex, etc.) Once the weeds are replaced with grass or landscaping it will be awesome! Loved the garage! There were 2 full recycle bins & bag of trash by back door that we took out to trash cans. Otherwise, loved it!
