Soak up the Lake Erie breezes, sunsets, and seasonal lighthouse views in our quiet, secluded neighborhood within walking distance from Lakeview Park & Beach, Lorain's Downtown Broadway, and Black River Landing, and only 30mi to either Cleveland or Cedar Point. Sip your complimentary morning coffee on one of the two porches overlooking the water, then be sure to check out everything the North Coast has to offer while you're here. Pets are OK with additional fees and pre-approval. Welcome aboard!

This brand new, fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-full-bath house allows guests to venture to all the local hot spots before settling back into the relaxation and peace that this whole house with off-street parking offers.

Catch a sunset over Lake Erie from the front porch or the comfort of one of the sofas in the living room while cozying up with the glow or warmth from the electric fireplace. The additional cushy sectional can also keep the sights coming with views of the harbor and beach directly across the street.

The first-floor queen bedroom offers seasonal views of Lorain Lighthouse, and the room is adjacent to the living room with easy access to the first-floor full bath with a deep soaking tub and the fully stocked eat-in kitchen complete with a dishwasher.

Upstairs boasts a large king bedroom with lake, harbor, and beach views, including another seasonal view of Lorain Lighthouse. This room also has a twin daybed across from the closet for any overflow of guests or just be another place to sit and relax!

The second-floor queen bedroom is directly up the stairs and has a designated workspace with a desk and chair where you can wirelessly connect to the whole house's high-speed WiFi for work or play.

Continuing through the game room leads to the full upstairs bathroom with the house's bath linens and a shelf full of things you may have forgotten at home. There is a closet in the game room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

There is a propane gas grill on the property and beach towels for your day on the water. Bikes, kayaks, and beach gear are also available to rent nearby.
