In the Evening wander onto the back porch and relax under the clouds with beautiful string lights. Or get some sunshine and a beverage on one of our beautiful shaded chaise lounges and umbrellas. In search of some more upbeat activities ? Well let’s work on your putting game on the green ( think Putt Putt not PGA haha) , or grab a friend in a fierce game of corn hole or tick tac toe and much more ! The front porch is equipped with rocking chairs for those blissful days .

The house worked great for our stay and needs. The backyard was really nice for hanging out with our kids (ages 5&7) and dog. Host was very responsive and check-in/checkout was smooth.

Such a charming home, conveniently located! Very thoughtful host provides many of the items that could be “forgotten”. We enjoyed snacks provided while we had fun playing video games. Although we didn’t take advantage of outdoor entertainment, it would be enjoyable for this with children or adults looking to unwind. I would recommend and stay again!

Great house to enjoy with kiddos

We stayed at Casa Maria for a long weekend while visiting friends in Greensboro. The house was as cute as the pictures, and thoughtfully stocked with snacks and drinks. In particular, my kids really enjoyed the backyard games and the Nintendo Gamecube. Finally, Richard was responsive and helpful as a host. We'd stay here again and recommend to others!

UNCG Visit Home Base

Home is adorable and stocked thoughtfully - we arrived to a basket of welcome snacks and cold waters in the fridge. Great size family room perfect for planning out activities. We were moving our daughter into UNCG. House is not in a neighborhood but on a quiet side street and close to campus as well as downtown. Great sized fenced in back yard which our dog enjoyed and lots of seating on back deck. Coffee bar nicely stocked with coffee and creamer, kitchen had rolls of paper towels and fridge and a kitchen cart had condiments and cooking ingredients which we do not usually see. Host was very responsive and overall the home was welcoming and cozy

Family Fun Indoors and Outdoors

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay and also have a few family member's over for a cookout to celebrate our granddaughter's high school graduation. The backyard amenities were perfect for all ages and the fire pit gave us some quiet time to chat and reflect.

Cute and quiet.

My 27 year old daughter and I rented the house to celebrate her birthday by going to a concert. It was perfect quiet and close enough to the downtown area for us to safely get around. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything you need is right there in the house.

Comfortable House with Great Host

The house was exactly as stated and was very clean. The host wen above and beyond by adding some extra touches like a welcome basket of goodies. The refrigerator had water and other items available and everything was fully stocked including kitchen and bathroom. Great for a quiet getaway. Really enjoyed the stay

Enjoyable

My friend and I had an enjoyable getaway weekend here! The house was clean and well stocked and that backyard was incredible. The neighborhood had many condemned homes and is surrounded by large commercial buildings and vehicle lots - the announcements via loud speakers across the street was strange but did not keep us awake at night. For the house itself we would stay here again!

We loved the house. Super cute and accommodating. Richard was a magnificent host. We needed some dishwasher pods and the next morning Amazon dropped a shipment. He was extremely helpful and attentive. We can’t wait to come back next year and will definitely stay here again.

Pet friendly bungalow

I would definitely stay there again based on location, pet friendly and how comfortable the house was. It is very close to the music venue I was going to and perfect to get to things. The only thing was it is in a more of an industrial location so there was so noise from that but it was not enough that it caused any issues. I would recommend this location to anyone headed to Greensboro for a concert for sure

Great Stay

We moved our youngest into High Point University. It was close to campus, clean and we could bring our emotional support animal. I know, everyone says there dog is, but ours is truly certified. Richard was really easy to talk to, and responded quickly. The beds were comfortable, and the backyard was fun. You can tell he put much thought into the home. Thank you.

Absolutely Perfect Home

We stayed for 3 nights during our daughter’s wedding and the home was amazing! So cute, so clean and so beautiful. I was especially impressed when We walked into a kitchen stocked with snacks in a huge basket, towels rolled up and on each guests bed, and the beds were sooooo comfortable! There was plenty of room inside and out. We had so much fun playing put put in the back yard. The owner is very hospitable and kind, which is so rare these days. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and so fair in price!
