From the booking process to leaving the property 7 days later, everything was amazing. Janine has an amazing house that is furnished beautifully with all you could want. The house is in a very quiet residential area so if you’re looking for some peace, this is the place for you. Janine’s communication and response times are quick and she is very helpful. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

Property is fairly new. So it's nice. Clean Very close to the airport Kitchen well supplied with cookware. Full washer and dryer if needed with extra towels and bedding. Nice place. No plans to go back to Greensboro but if we do I would stay again Host was very responsive and nice to work with

We were in town for college graduation. The home was spotless. It was well appointed the host was Johnny on the spot communicating with her was extremely easy. The property was quiet and centrally located for what we were looking for.

We have made several trips to Greensboro and this is the best place we have stayed. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Communication with renter was excellent. Close to Guilford College was a plus. We would recommend and will rent again at this property.

We had a wonderful stay while moving our daughter into Guilford college. The townhome is updated, clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, and very well stocked. The area was nice and quiet.Janine was an excellent host. She was very attentive and quick to respond. We also really appreciated the extra amenities such as the coffee kcups, creamer and waters in the refrigerator and toiletries in the bathroom! Those small things made a huge difference to us as guests. Ironically, this was the one time my toothbrush was not in my bag and Janine’s supply was so helpful! We will definitely stay here again!!!

Janine provides a clean, well equipped home. She's a great communicator, and the space is as described. The stay was perfect for our work trip to the area. When we had to extend one night, Janine was very accommodating. Please note, the stay requires either a refundable 5,000 damage deposit, or a non-refundable 119 insurance policy to book, so keep that in mind!

Excellent place to stay! Host was always quick to respond to any questions I had and checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The checking in and out process was very easy and home was very clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Home Sweet Townhome

It was our second time staying; again it was VERY CLEAN and cozy. It’s a perfect ‘home away from home’ for our trips to visit our client. Quiet neighborhood tucked behind a main road with convenient access. We won’t stay anywhere else.

Beautiful Home away from Home

Property was nice and clean. Host was very thoughtful in having beverages ready for us when we arrived. Close by food, gas and highways. Would highly recommend staying here if you are travelling.

Clean, comfortable, convenient, and generally very quiet neighborhood. It’s a great townhome away from home for my quarterly client visits. I schedule them based on availability here because I won’t stay anywhere else again. This townhome is consistently excellent. Host is accommodating, friendly, and responsive. Highly recommend!
