Less than two miles from grocery store, restaurants, wineries/distilleries (including Deep Eddy!) as well as charming downtown Dripping Springs.



The Space:

This home boasts 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms as well as a formal dining room, breakfast nook with bar seating as well as comfortable living space with a fun bar area for entertaining.



Out the back door you will find a peaceful oasis with a beautiful pool and hot tub with plenty of space to relax under the covered patio, plus a ping pong table!

This is a beautiful house with everything you will need for an amazing stay. The house was fulling stocked! We really enjoyed the outdoor area with the pool, hot tub, ping pong and corn hole. I would highly recommend this house for a vacation spot.

Wonderful place to stay! The entire property inside and out was incredibly spotless. Everything was so easy and welcoming for all of our guests. We stayed at this home over a long weekend and everything was great. The house is as advertised, well kept and really well stocked. We used the pool and it was also in great shape. Host communication was excellent. Would definitely stay agin.

The home and pool were both incredibly clean and the layout of house was perfect for our family. The neighborhood is quiet while also being close to some great spots. The host immediately responded to any questions we had - We hope to come back again soon!

Great Pool!

Family Reunion Getaway

This is a beautiful home with a wonderful pool and hot tub. We enjoyed our stay there very much. The only thing I would suggest is to clean up the yard by mowing and cleaning up the landscaping around the house, the entire yard was overgrown and in need of attention.

Great Stay!

We had a family wedding in Dripping Springs and needed a great place to hang out. This house was perfect for our family. We each had our own bathroom and a great pool to hang in during down time. Everything was clean and put together nicely. Will definitely look here again if I’m staying in Dripping Springs.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. It was comfortable and met our expectations. Alison was great at getting back to us whenever we had questions. We were even able to enjoy the hot tub while keeping an eye out for frogs! : )

Wedding Weekend

Our family was in town for a wedding and this house was perfect for us. Everyone had their own bedroom and the location was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and backyard on a hot day. Allison was able to accommodate an early check in and sent back some valuable items left behind, which was much appreciated.

The sleek clean lines /decor and layout of the interior were aesthetically pleasing. The interior layout also gives great opportunities for privacy. Neighborhood is relatively quiet and well kept. The downtown was great! Friendly! Shout to Juniper Tree!

Perfect Pool Weekend

We had a group of 7 girls do a quick weekend trip...the house was perfect for 7! It was clean, owners were extremely friendly and responsive, and the pool was perfect on a hot TX day. Only advise, rent a car if you're flying into Austin...getting an Uber wasn't easy and we were so thankful for our rental car. Would stay here and in this area again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

kitchen or space to spread out. We have stayed in over 50 different Airbnb homes around the world! After looking for local Airbnb homes for friends and family to
stay while visiting us in the Central Texas area, we saw an opportunity to start our own little Airbnb business. We have three homes in the Austin area and we are grateful you chose us to be your hosts!
