KASA Charming Luna for 4 with Terrace

Located in the heart of Old San, KASA Charming Luna is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment for 4. The apartment is on the third floor of an historic building. The building and apartment are in the traditional Old San Juan style with wood doors to the sunny, large terrace with dining four and open concept living space with full kitchen.

The large master bedroom provides a queen sized bed, direct access to the terrace and a connecting full bathroom with shower. In the rear of the apartment is a second bedroom in the rear of the apartment with double bed which also connects the bathroom as well. The only space not fully air conditioned is the second bedroom, but it does have a ceiling fan and is cooled by the rest of the apartment. The open living space includes a full kitchen and dining for 4. There is also direct access to the terrace. We provide bath amenities, all linens and towels, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and beach towels.  This apartment includes high speed WIFI,  streaming TV.

We are local available 24/7 for emergencies. Our properties are all self check in.

STORMS and HURRICANE POLICY - No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation; the day of the order we will refund any unused portion from the booking/ any reservation scheduled to arrive during said mandatory evacuation. No refunds are issued for rain or tropical storms as we have no control of weather and you are traveling to a tropical Island, after all. Cancelled vacation can be rescheduled according to availability.
