Magnifique chalet sur le lac Hamilton - situé dans le quartier populaire sud de Hwy 7 / Central Ave, au cœur de nombreuses activités amusantes.

Plan d'étage à concept ouvert. STUDIO STYLE qui signifie pas de murs séparant le salon, la salle à manger, la cuisine et le coin chambre. La salle de bain est la seule pièce privée.

Vous aurez besoin de louer 2 chambres à coucher si vous voulez la vie privée.

Si vous avez besoin d'une grosse douche, cela ne fonctionnera pas pour vous. La douche est petite. Ceci est un cadre de douche de taille standard de la fabrication. S'il vous plaît louer une autre unité si vous avez besoin d'une grande douche.

La particularité unique de cette propriété est la grande terrasse qui s'étend sur le lac avec une cale de bateau située sous le pont.

La loi de l'Arkansas exige que les marinas et les bordereaux de bateau affichent un avertissement de choc électrique.

It is wonderful cottage. It was clean and smelled so good when we enter the house. Right next to the water and the big deck is just fantastic. It was surprisingly bigger than all the pictures show. Ms. Marie was very responsive and informative. We only got to stay one night, but we are already talking abut going back there to spend some time there.

The cabin was very clean and smelled wonderful upon arrival. I loved the deck overlooking the river. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The host has the cabin well stocked. If you need it, it's in there. She has a binder of flyers and menus to help you with what is in the area. The location is also great. Not far from lots of restaurants. I highly recommend this cabin to other visitors. You will definitely enjoy your stay!

If you’re staying and using your boat or jet skis there is a marina 1 mile away but there is no parking for the trailer. So, it’s not that far by water to drive back to the cottage to park as long as someone drove your boat or jet skis to the cottage. In the plus side, you can park your boat and jet skis at the cottage, very convenient to come back off the lake at any time and relax on the wonderful deck with a view.

We loved our time at this cute cottage on the lake. The large patio over the lake was a perfect spot to relax. The cottage was clean with a very comfortable king bed. The location made it easy to get to all the retail areas and the historic district. There were several other people in the neighboring cottages, but the cottages are spaced far apart so we still felt like we had plenty of privacy and a quiet environment. We are already planning a return trip in the fall. 10/10 recommend this rental.

Originally, purchased the cottage for a week-end get-a-way, ended up moving to Hot Springs permanently since we enjoyed the Hot Springs area.

Always enjoy our family get-togethers at the cottage enjoying watching the grandchildren kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming in the lake. Making great memories for these little ones and for grandparents, too !!

The location is wonderful!!! Located off Central/Hwy 7 area on a quiet street. Cottage is located on a peaceful street but a skip & hop from the excitement of restaurants, boat rentals, Hot Springs Marina the nearest one, live entertainment. Convenient to Kroger's for purchasing food supplies, movie theatre, banks, fast-food, golfing, spas, nail salons, Best Buy, Sams Club, Dick's Sporting store, Bed, Bath & Beyond, The Purple Cow, Lowe's, Tuesday Morning, TJ Max, Office Supply, Belks, San Francisco internet cafe and many others

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The cottage is tucked away in a quiet cove area of Lake Hamilton but a skip & hop to all the fun activities without having to drive far. The large deck that covers the boatslip convenient for all our boating activities... The deck extends over the water, makes fishing very convenient!!!
3 day non-resident fishing license can be purchased at Wal-Mart. Bring your fishing poles, supplies, etc.
