We loved the location!!! Peaceful, quiet, right on the water.We felt removed from all the tourist, yet we’re close to all the exciting activities of downtown Hot Springs.We would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The place was absolutely amazing! It is a paradise for a couple wanting to get away from everything while being just minutes from anything. Have a boat? GREAT! Bring it... there's a covered slip for you to dock it. The marina is around the bend for fuel and several restaurants have boat parking. No boat? GREAT! There's a private swim area with concrete steps between the dock and the cottage. Those same restaurants are a 5 minute drive. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! Stop looking and book now, just don't take my week.
Splash your feet in the water on summer nights watching the sun go down.
Had to sign the notebook before we left.
Electricity is available on the dock for a battery maintainer.

We stayed here for a second time and loved it. This cabin is all about location. We have a boat and the slip on the property is perfect. Great communication with the owner as well. Great place for an extended weekend!!!

Priceless Location

Fantastic lake view location. Great spot for 1-2 people. Only drawback was a shortage of some necessities like hand soap and bowls/pans for cooking.

Perfect getaway!

Super cute and cozy! Very clean! Everything we needed in the house was easy to find, beds and furniture were comfortable, the view was awesome, and it was so easy to get everywhere! Would definitely stay here again!

Time on the Water

The cabin was all that it was portrayed to be. Everything was in place and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Lola and I really liked the ease getting into water with the steps. Having had 4 knee replacements you look for things like that. Worked out just great..Will be rebooking this place again next year.

Great place on Hamilton.

We thoroughly enjoyed this place. Well furnished and very comfortable. Our kids loved swimming off the pier. It also has great views to go with your morning coffee!

Relaxing July 4th on Hamilton

We really enjoyed our 4th of July on Hamilton. The house is right on the water and has amazing views, there is a swimming area between the dock and house shallow enough for kids, and the back 1/2 of the house is built over the water and has a dock platform where you can sit out and watch everyone. The location is great, right in the middle of the lake and Hot Springs but the layout of the property allowed us to have plenty of privacy. We will def return and prob without the kids next time, great place for couple's w/e!

Weekend getaway

Perfect getaway with all attractions within a 10-15 min drive. Beautiful view of the lake from the back decks. A lot of work has been put into this place and it shows, well done to the owners for updating it.

Attractive, great view, but some issues that need addressing.

The owner did a very nice job updating this property. It was very attractive. The furniture was comfortable. The living area and kitchen were spacious and easy in which to move around. There was good water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water. The view from inside and outside was beautiful and relaxing! They also provided a nice welcome snack - yummy crispy chocolate cookies and a bag of a cheesy snack. On the down side, the kitchen lacked dishes, utensils and baking pans. While there were plates, small bowls, cups and glasses, there were no bowls for serving, no large knives, only one large pan for baking. There was no toaster or blender. We had to go out and purchase a toaster just for this trip. It would have been nice to have access to a vacuum cleaner or broom to clean up items that dropped on the floor. Unfortunately, the unit had not been cleaned by his regular service. The replacement service did not clean the unit. Ethen was quick to apologize. He did compensate us for the fact that I had to clean. Also we encountered roaches in the kitchen, bedroom and in bed. It would also have been nice to have an umbrella on the desk as it is in full sun all day. I have no doubt that Ethen will take care of these issues. As I said, he was responsive to my contacting him.
