This single bedroom, single bathroom lock off villa includes a spacious living room with modern furnishings, large flatscreen TV and fireplace. The updated kitchen includes state of the art appliances and all cooking necessities to make your stay comfortable. Dine outside on the large private patio or lounge on the outdoor couches with breathtaking views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. The bedroom includes a king size bed and flatscreen tv. Enjoy the beautiful upgrades and thoughtful amenities that set this Villa apart from all of the rest!

Great Condo in gated neighborhood

We enjoyed this condo. The kitchen has everything you need, nicely updated. The deck has a nice view and the gated community is quiet but with lots of amenities. We hope to stay again!

Location was good. Having two connecting doors with zero soundproofing was disappointing. Upon arrival the dryer was full of sheets and towels. The unit should have cleaning supplies for a stay over a week.

Better than description

In a very nice gated community and the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s been remodeled and looks amazing. I had a couple of small issues but I heard back from the host Allie very quickly and they were addressed in a timely manner.

Repeat visitor - Great place for 2

The unit is great, spacious, modern updates throughout. Having the kitchen is fantastic for a multi-day trip. It would be nice to see a ceiling fan installed on the balcony for hot summer days. And I would recommend telling the cleaning company that the bed sheets didn't seem fresh and clean, we found all sort of hairs throughout the bed, which was quit disturbing - I had to wash the sheets before we slept in the bed.

Needs a bit of attention

The photos from the listing were accurate. The view from the balcony is lovely. The property would be improved by replacing the filthy carpet with tile or laminate, sharpening the very dull kitchen knives and communicating with the guests about important things like how to get pool towels, how to get clean bath towels, etc. The bedroom would be improved with a night table on both sides of the bed and by replacing the hanging rod in half of the closet with shelves. The bathroom needs more storage and a big walk in shower would be better than a bath/shower combo. Also, the balcony needs a sun shade so that it can be used throughout the day. Considering the volume of citrus fruit in the area, a citrus squeezer in the kitchen would be useful. We enjoyed the nearby hot tub during the cool evenings.
