Ce studio spacieux est une excellente option pour des visites plus courtes dans la vallée de Coachella ou en combinaison avec l'une de nos plus grandes unités à Legacy Villas. Avec environ 450 surface habitable et un balcon privé, vous aurez amplement d'espace pour vous détendre avec la belle communauté de villégiature Legacy Villas. Le studio dispose d'un lit king; TV à écran plat; fauteuil inclinable en cuir; et un mini-bar avec mini-réfrigérateur, cafetière, micro-ondes et ustensiles jetables. La salle de bain a une baignoire et une douche séparées et une seule vanité avec un miroir de maquillage. Le balcon privé donne sur une fontaine et vers les montagnes de chocolat. L'unité peut être combinée avec LV100 (One Bedroom Legacy Villas Retreat avec balcon privé) pour créer un spacieux condo de 2 chambres (sous réserve de disponibilité).

La villa de vacances est située à Legacy Villas à La Quinta. Legacy Villas est une communauté de 280 condominiums et maisons en rangée. La communauté est nichée dans une crique de montagne sur le côté ouest de La Quinta avec vue sur les montagnes Santa Rosa et Chocolate dans toute la propriété. Profitez de 12 piscines et bains à remous d'eau salée, d'un centre de remise en forme et d'un club-house communautaire et d'un barbecue. Legacy Villas est une communauté fermée avec sécurité habitée 24 heures. La communauté est à 5-10 minutes à pied de La Quinta Resort et à seulement quelques minutes en voiture de la vieille ville de La Quinta, du jardin de tennis d'Indian Wells, de l'Indio Polo Grounds et de nombreuses autres attractions du désert.

Thank you for leaving this nice review. Community BBQ is inside the main lap pool area, which is still under construction. We are hoping this will be finished soon. The unit doesn't have kitchen and it's really not equipped for any heavy food preparation and washing dishes. We encourage our guests who like to cook, to rent one of our units with full kitchens. We now have a table with 2 chairs and also a lounge chair on the patio.

We have plans to continue updating all our units but it has been a tough past few years for our owners with all that has been going on. However, we do have plans to update them all and several have already been updated. NOT a normal Legacy Villas unit. Smoke smell.

This unit is NOT a normal Legacy Villas unit. We stay at Legacy three times a year. Besides the smoke smell, the owners have gutted all the original furniture and replaced it with the cheapest possible second hand furniture. The chair in the room is what you find on the street with a “free” sign on it. The fireplace has been emptied of logs and rocks and there is a single giant dead cricket in it. Couple paper plates, cups and some plastic forks. This is a connecting unit and the (residents?) of the main unit smoke. Had to leave early because of the smoke.

Great stay, but disappointing room.

We had rented a one room studio from August 6th to August 8th and were excited for our stay, however, when we arrived we were disappointed to find that our room smelled strongly of cigarettes. At first, we thought it may have been our neighbors, however, we noticed that our sheets smelled strongly which was our main concern as it was uncomfortable for us to sleep in. I reached out to report a problem the evening of our first day via behome24/7 but failed to receive a response and eventually found an email address I could use to contact someone, but by the time I received a response it was the evening of our second day and too late to get anyone sent out to replace our sheets and freshen the room. I reviewed our lease agreement to confirm and our room was a non smoking room, which made it frustrating that we had to experience this. Aside from that, we loved the pool and had a good time going out to eat at the surrounding restaurants. -Josh

Everyone was so welcoming amidst the crisis of covid-19 the restrictions were within reason and the security at the pool was nice and fair and accommodating. We will definitely be back... maybe not this year. But In 2021 for sure, or maybe in winter during a rain storm to see the beauty of the mountains behind the resort.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As we were travelling I booked this Villa just a day before. So although we received confirmation, we did not receive arrival procedures so assumed there would be an office to check in with. Not so, and security is tight and rude. After a day of travelling no one wants to be told unless they can get in touch with their rental company, they will have to leave. We were scrambling to contact California Vacation Villas, which, after leaving a couple of panicked messages, they were very helpful getting us in to our apartment. This is such a beautiful spot and felt very secure.

The grounds are beautiful in this lovely resort.

When we arrived to check in, we had not yet received the email for protocol. Security is tight, while he did have our names, he was not welcoming in the least, he was nasty. We actually thought we had been dooped, a shock to us after a days travel. After a few phone calls we got through to the rental company, they were very helpful and things went smoothly from there.
