One bedroom condo on the 2nd floor at an oceanfront complex. It has a queen sized bed, a Murphy bed and fold out couch in the living room. Beautiful ocean view from the lanai. A heated pool with shower, restrooms and a library. There’s a bench oceanfront for whale watching and sunsets. It is located among beautiful gardens on Alii Drive, one mile stroll to downtown Kona and beaches. Bicycle rentals across the street with drop off zones along Alii Drive. 10.5 miles from Kona Airport.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! Close drive to Kona. Easy check in and out and great pool! Beautiful sunsets rights on the water. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

The owners were fantastic communicators. They responded promptly each time we reached out. They were quick to respond to any issues. The location of the property was fantastic! Our family enjoyed the stay!

Host answered texts promptly. Great location. The description said sleeps 5 with a couch futon. The couch was a wicker one that did not fold out. Very uncomfortable for the 5th adult. Also could have used another baking pan and a few more coffee cups. And we were short a blanket for sleeping 5.
This is the 5th bed. Pretty uncomfortable.

The owner was very easy to deal with in every aspect and even checked in to see if everything was ok partway thru our stay. Nice location, great pool, and beautiful sunsets!

Close to everything!!!

Squeaky clean unit with an awesome porch and great pool area! Close to plenty of great restaurants and perfect launching place to explore the island!

Kona Vacation

Great location- very short walk to Kona but far enough out of city centre to avoid congestion and noise. Great condo with a very nice deck area, great pool. Super comfy beds. We had a fantastic stay!

This condo was perfect for us! Stocked supplies, nice lanai and furniture, AC unit in living room. Murphy bed was perfect addition for an extra bed. Host replied very quickly to answer my questions. We will visit again and rent this condo.

Great location

My family stayed here for two days during our family vacation to Hawaii. The owners were very responsive and great to work with. The property was exactly as listed and was in a great location. It was nice to watch the sunset from the lanai in the evening and my kids loved the pool. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location!

We had a great stay in Kona! This rental was a short drive to many great beaches, restaurants, and shopping! The owners were very responsive when we had questions! They were wonderful! We loved the pool after a day of exploring and watching the sunset in the evenings. We would stay again!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and found we could easily drive north or south for snorkelling and great beaches. The condo complex is quiet and cared for. Rules were enforced, not just posted. The owner was an excellent communicator.

Perfect base in the heart of Kailua-Kona

Yan’s place was exactly same as the description. It was convenient place to stay close to Kona pier. The unit was very clean and had everything needed. Every information you need is in the book that Yan wrote and the communication was also easy. I would definitely stay here again if I come to Kona.

Ocean view kona

The property was exactly as described. We sat on the deck looking at the ocean and had our morning coffee. The condo was very Hawaiian and beachy, just had a good feel. Comfortable beds, clean, and centrally located. Wonderful pool and even had a library. We were very pleased and would stay there again. Thank you so much.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful and comfortable condo with everything you need for a Big Island getaway. Everything as described. Bright, open and inviting condo with full sized kitchen, comfortable bed, beautiful lanai (covered patio), the Murphy bed was great for our 12 year old. Nice neighborhood just a short drive to Kona town, lots of nearby beaches and restaurants. Owners were thoughtful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful condo!

Beautiful beach view condo

Perfect location within minutes of beaches, shopping, and adventures. Home was clean and well stocked as described in listing. Condo community was friendly and quiet. We absolutely loved the beautiful sunset views and pool. Booking a new listing was a bit nerve racking at first but it sounded perfect so we decided to take a chance. We were glad we did! The host was wonderful to work with and sent a welcome video and other helpful information. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully decorated condo

This condo is lovely, with a bit of ocean view from the lanai and a breezy, Hawaiian decor. The queen bed in the BR was comfortable with a large walk in closet. There was a queen size Murphy bed and twin futon in the living area. In total, it slept 5 people. We used the pool several times, and the beach towels at the beach. The washer / dryer worked well and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was an enjoyable stay.

This property is well maintained and conveniently located near local attractions in a safe and quiet condominium complex. Our family of five had an enjoyable stay there at the tail-end of our two-week island hopping trip. The murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable. The heated pool was a great place to relax with a well-stocked library. The sunset is amazing! Get your camera ready and use the key to access the rocky seashore for great photographic opportunity. The owner is very friendly and responsive. A minor suggestion to the owner: consider adding a shower caddy :-)

Mom’s Vacation

The property and location is beautiful and perfect. Super beautiful and clean! We loved the Murphy bed! Just one dislike. While laying in bed before falling asleep. My friend and I were having a private conversation. Neighbor started yelling that we need to be quiet. I apologized and we cut our conversation and went to sleep. No big deal. This happened around midnight so I understand. Literally hours later her baby is crying with no one trying to stop the crying. I totally understand babies cry I had 3. But other than that everything was great!
