One of the best VRBO experiences I have had. I continually had the sense of being warmly and personally welcomed. The apartment was well-stocked with everything needed for a great stay in Kona, the location was very convenient, especially the 80 metre walk to the market, the view from the lanai provided both a perspective of day to day life in Kona as well as beautiful sunsets over the ocean. I hope to return in the not-too-distant future.

We just completed our ten day stay in this unit and highly recommend it! The unit faces the ocean on one side. It is only two blocks from the ocean, restaurants and shopping. Plus the unit is well stocked with all the comforts of home and ability to fix your own meals if you so choose. The unit is quiet and has good AC. Plus the owners provide all the beach gear needed for time on the beaches within short driving distances. It’s easy to get to all the site seeing attractions as well as the airport. It is within two hours of Hilo with a couple choices of driving routes. It also has an onsite assigned free parking spot for your vehicle. We give this five stars!

The condo was very clean and well stocked with both kitchen and beach gear. The AC in the bedroom and the living room both worked very well but with the ocean breeze weren’t necessary most of the time. Check in was easy and having a dedicated parking spot was great! Highly recommend.

Even better than expected! I stayed here during a scuba diving trip with my partner for six days. We were very pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness, layout, decor, and amenities. Unlike many other condos around the same price, the unit has a bathtub, and the bedroom is separate from the rest of the unit. There are many small touches that made the stay even more comfortable (OTC meds in the cabinet, plenty of dishes and utensils, towels, travel size razors and cleansers in the bathroom). We enjoyed dining from the lanai and the sunset views from there, as well as the bedroom. Quiet, good soundproofing, no one shuffling about. The location is super convenient, 5 - 10 mins walk to everything downtown. Absolutely loved this stay!

We had a great stay. The condo is clean nicely decorated and well-appointed. We had everything we needed. It is also within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. If there is any negative, it would be the street noise, but that is beyond the owners control. It would not stop us from staying there again.

A great stay!

A super short walk to Kailua Market Place. Everything is very close including shopping & restaurants! My family stayed here for 5 days and was very comfortable. The unit is clean with great ocean views!
