Very good

This place was great! Clean, updated, functioning kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, just right for my family. Right on the beach and easy walking distance to the pier and amusement park.

Great location but expensive for the confort level

Location is great. Condo is old with a small refreshed look. Beds are small and are rounded. Air conditioning barely reaches the master bedroom. Fan in hallway bathroom doesn't work. Not disappointed (we had a lovely stay) but for the price paid, I would have appreciated a little more comfort.

Ocean getaway!

Perfect location for an ocean getaway. Literally just steps to the ocean, ideal when you have little kids and tons of stuff to carry. Walking distance to the main strip / boardwalk of old orchard. Was very clean and spacious! Downfalls: no chairs or umbrellas even available to rent...($60+ to purchase at local store) No early check in available. Elevator was slow as a snail!!! Pool itself did not seem heated just the room the pool was in.

Beautiful oceanfront location

Stay was fantastic for our family of 4 (with 5 and 9-year-old kids). Property managers were excellent with communication. While the building is older and a little dated externally, they’ve done a great job maintaining it and the unit was beautifully updated. Bedrooms and living area were comfortable. Location was unbeatable! We had a gorgeous unobstructed view of the ocean from the balcony from which we enjoyed morning coffee and happy hour each day. The beach access is right in front of the unit and it was a quieter section of the beach. Yet, we were only a 7 minute walk from the Pier and amusements. We basically spent all day relaxing on the beach - swimming, boogie boarding, building sandcastles, etc- and it was very easy to run back to the unit or even just the indoor pool area if we needed bathrooms, more drinks, or food. We then spent pretty much every evening out and about either with area restaurants, the rides, or arcade. All 4 of us loved it and would be back in a heartbeat.

Sand and sunshine right at your feet!

Super clean and lovely unit equipped with most everything you would need for a beachfront getaway. We're big cooks and noticed missing a few key cooking items (a pot big enough to fit a few of those tasty Maine lobsters!) While the beds were on foldable frames, they were really comfortable. Minimalist and chic décor was easy to keep clean with three teenaged boys. The flooring cleaned really well with just a sweep to capture any sand from the beach. Enough room to sit 5 at the dinner table or on the couches and loveseats. Master bathroom doesn't have shelves or space to store your toiletries but the dressers and side tables are large enough to utilize extra space. Excellent communication with Bayley Vacation Rentals throughout. Would definitely book through them again.
