Il suffit de cliquer sur "réserver" parce que ce condo est votre billet pour des vacances amusantes et mémorables dans la célèbre plage d'Old Orchard! 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain condo au coeur du centre-ville avec vue sur l'océan de chaque chambre et un balcon spacieux parfait pour siroter votre café du matin tout en regardant de magnifiques levers de soleil! À distance de marche des boutiques, des restaurants, du parc d'attractions Palace Playland et à quelques pas de la jetée Old Orchard Beach. Ne peux-tu sentir le vent dans tes cheveux et le sable sous tes orteils? Vous savez que c'est là que vous voulez être!

Ce condo dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée comprenant une cafetière Keurig, une mijoteuse, un grille-pain, un mixeur et un pot de homard. Blanchisserie dans l'unité. Cette maison peut accueillir un maximum de 6 avec un canapé-lit dans le salon. Air climatisé central et chauffage. Tous les draps et serviettes de bain sont fournis. S'il vous plaît apporter vos propres serviettes de plage, cependant!

Le bâtiment dispose d'une piscine intérieure, d'un sauna et d'une salle de sport. Hébergement pour deux voitures; Une place de stationnement sur place et une autre à l'extérieur sont fournies. (Off-site est à environ 1/4 mile away-distance de marche)

Venez garer votre voiture, vous détendre sur la plage le jour et profiter des soirées avec de la musique live tous les soirs et des feux d'artifice tous les jeudis soirs pendant l'été!

Si vous souhaitez vous aventurer au-delà de Old Orchard Beach, le Maine Mall à South Portland est un rapide 20 minutes en voiture. Rainy day outlet shopping est à 40 minutes en voiture à Freeport ou Kittery. À Seacoast Helicopters à Portsmouth, NH, réservez une visite guidée en hélicoptère ou, si vous êtes aventureux, réservez un vol Dreamflight dans lequel vous recevrez des instructions de vol et finirez avec vous en prenant les commandes! C'est un 45 minutes en voiture, mais ça vaut vraiment le coup pour l'expérience d'une vie!

This condo was perfect for our stay. So comfortable and we had everything we could possibly need, including a closet full of beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys. Great balcony with ocean view. Location can’t be beat if you like to be in the heart of the action. Would love to stay here again!!

We had such an amazing time here! We loved the ocean/pier views from the condo. It was so close to everything. The apartment was very clean and much bigger than it looks in the pictures. It was so nice to have beach chairs and beach toys available at the condo so we didn’t have to bring that all with us. Would 100% recommend and hope to visit again soon!

Love the Grand Victorian

This is the second time we've stayed at the Grand Victorian and this stay was even better than the last. This property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay inside and outside of the home - lots of kitchen necessities, games for all ages, and loads of beach stuff! The owners were also very responsive when I asked questions about what would be available for us to use. We would absolutely stay again!

Family fun at the beach

We had a great time. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our family. The kids loved swimming in the pool in the evenings. It is in great central location to many things so we stayed very busy.

Family Vacation

Great location! I loved waking up and walking right out onto the beach. The condo is clean and comfortable, and has everything you need for your home away from home. I liked that it was near the pier but tucked away a little so at night it only took turning the fan on to drown out the music. And there are so many food choices all within walking distance. We loved it so much we are already planning our beach vacation for next summer.

Truly enjoyed this Grand Vic condo! Clean, spacious, in room laundry, well equipped kitchen, beach toys, beach chairs and beach towels provided were a huge plus. Traveling with our 3 grandkids. Great location, close to everything. Kids spent time on the beach and in the pool when the weather was cool and rainy. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Spacious Condo / Fabulous Location

This is our second time staying at this beautiful condo located right next to the Pier. Beautiful spacious bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need! Clean and beautifully decorated and even has everything you need for the beach. Many beach chairs, towels, beach toys, etc. Everything is within walking distance and beach front convenience. Favorite place to stay at OOB.

Amazing location!

My husband and I traveled with our 2 year old, and my in-laws. This apartment has everything you will need to cook, and to enjoy a comfortable stay. Check in and check out it’s easy. The view from the balcony is pretty, and the parking lot does not interfere. The location of the building it’s perfect. We loved our stay. Would definitely book again! Our stay was amazing! We had a fabulous view of the ocean and the condo was perfect in every way. Clean and comfortable and had everything we could ever need including a closet full of beach toys and beach chairs, etc! Our only problem was with the broken lift / elevator to unpack all of our things upon arrival! It was a nightmare during check in for everyone checking in. We had to go across the lot to the other building and then use that elevator and cross back over to our building. It was beyond chaotic but once we got into our condo all the stress disappeared!! Ryan the manager did a great job helping everyone and explained the situation! Our week was a perfect 10 and our little grand boys can’t wait ego back to OOB !

This place was very clean and well-equipped. I was concerned about checking in and parking on a busy holiday weekend but it was very efficient and quick. The building staff was great and the condo was perfect for a single parent vacationing with kids. The location is perfect for the beach and for restaurants. And for the fireworks, I actually sat innthe back of my truck in the parking lot and my view was perfect! Overall, this was a great experience!

We have been vacationing all over the Maine seacoast for years. When we first came to Old Orchard Beach we fell in love with the Grand Victorian building right away. It's in the perfect location! Oceanfront, yet in the middle of all of the activity!
