A few years ago, my wife and I were looking for a property with a special character to turn into a vacation rental and welcome visitors. When we arrived in front of this duplex, we immediately knew that this was the place we had been looking for for so long.

While visiting the area, we had the feeling that this place was for us immediately. Convenient location within minutes to the most beautiful beaches in the U.S, nice and quiet neighborhood, grocery stores, restaurants, shops around.. what else could we dream about for our guests ?
