Very spacious and beautiful home! Very clean as well. The host Jeff was quick to responding to questions we had. Only bummer was the pool being a little cooler, and the heater was not working. Kids still enjoyed it at least! Was a wonderful stay!

Who even needs the beach?

Very clean, comfortable home. We had 4 adults and 3 kids with room for everyone. I’m not sure about it sleeping 12, but the home would easily sleep 9

Great rental!

The house is very nice and newly updated. Spacious, large TVs, very comfortable. The back pool area is wonderful. I had a few questions for the owner and he responded immediately Overall it was a great experience. Thanks!

Great spring break getaway

The property was very clean and exactly as listed. The pool was large with plenty of towels and seating on the patio. It was about a 10 minute drive to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. Just wish we could have walked to the beach from there. The property manager was attentive and responsive. We would highly recommend this property!

The host was excellent in addressing all questions we had before and after we arrived at his place. The house was clean, open and very spacious, exactly as pictured. The kitchen has new appliances and was well stocked with cooking and eating needs. The pool and patio were beautiful and perfect for the grandkids’visit. We stayed in February during one of their coldest in many years. Our host heated the pool for the days the grandkids were there. It was well worth it. They spent many hours in the pool. The house was perfectly located near several beautiful beaches. Also short convenient rides to Clearwater, Tampa and St. Pete.

Great House!

Very clean. Plenty of space. Nice furnishings. Huge tvs. Comfy beds with good pillows amd soft sheets. Close to activities. Easy communication with owner. Definitely recommend.

Spring Break

Awesome pool. Host was quick to respond. Would benefit from an outdoor clothes drying rack, patio table and chairs to eat outside. 4th bedroom pullout sofa sleeper is toast but room is big enough for a blow up mattress. Lastly, more comfortable chairs in living room to facilitate watching movies would be a bonus!

Fantastic family home

This house is spectacular and ideally situated for the beaches on the gulf coast from st Pete’s to Clearwater . 8 mins to nearest beach and only 30 to St Petes. 30 minute drive to Tampa airport 40 mins drive to Busch gardens House was spotless and everything you could possibly need . Beds all really comfortable. Kitchen & living space perfect . Pool was amazing kids ( and adults ) loved the diving board . Only downside was that jets on jacuzzi were not working . ( Jeff did say he would run through how to get them working . It wasn’t a big thing and we were all so tired in evenings to use it so didn’t trouble him Host Jeff has been brilliant from 1st booking to while we we there . Thanks for a wonderful vacation we would highly reccomend .

Clean and Easy

Very clean place. Very easy check in process and communication with owner. We had 3 and 3 kids (ages: 3 &5). The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds. Both beds in the bunk beds were full size beds which was great. Bedrooms had plenty of space and awesome closets. Beds were very firm. Everything seemed new. We did use the pool. The weather was 65 and windy most of the time which is chilly for Florida. We paid extra to have the pool heated. It took a few days for the pool to be heated to a comfortable temperature but once it was there it was great. No complaints. Would definitely recommend staying here.
