Perfect homebase

For me and a fellow baseball Mom while our boys played at IMG for the week. Super conveniently located to IMG and shopping. Clean property fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen! Cozy outdoor seating space, comfy beds, quiet neighbors and great communication from manager/owner. Thanks for making our stay easy and comfortable!

Perfect getaway!

We loved how it was out of the way of bigger cities but close to the beaches. Very private and quiet. Property was just as pictured and very clean. I loved that they already had COFFEE! WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

Great Location

Stay here for a week for camp at the IMG Academy. It is a perfect location for IMG. It is a very short drive to IMG. There are ample restaurants and grocery stores near by. The drive up appeal is not great, but the inside of the condominium is very well appointed. We enjoyed our stay!

Immaculate property

Probably one if the cleanest properties we have stayed at. Felt like home. Very cozy. Lots of shopping and dining options within 5 minutes, beaches 20 minutes. Communication from the owner was great!

Lacrosse Tournament

The property is super clean and was conveniently located for a lacrosse tournament in the area. Close to beaches and restaurants. We had issues with the keyless lock which were addressed immediately. Communication was excellent at check-in and during our stay. We are planning to stay again in the future.

Cedar Run Condos

Everything was perfect and as pictured on site. We enjoyed watching the wildlife on the pond in back. Pool was very nice. Location was close to great restaurants, church, pickleball courts and 20 minutes from beach. Michael our host was the best.

Updated, stylish & well-appointed condo!

We had a great stay in this clean, updated and stylish condo. Beautiful, spacious kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, full size fridge, oven and cute dishes. Practically everything looks brand new. Beds are super comfy, had 2 large smart tv’s, and a laundry room with washer dryer. Thoughtfully provided beach gear, shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher The immediate area isn’t great, but just a short drive to the beach.

Helpful team but issues

The staff was helpful & prompt to resolve things but we had a few different issues (pool being shut down, hot water and amenities) arise during our stay. We personally felt that the listing didn’t match up with the actual property as “upscale”. The living space itself was fine once the issues were addressed but the exterior definitely needs some work (I know they are still repairing damage from hurricanes) & be prepared for construction/maintenance going on exterior wise. We ultimately ended up checking out early.

Beautiful condo, just as discribed.

The condo was just as discribed, super clean. The location was OK. The only issue we had with our 2 week stay, we had to deal with 2 inspections. When I'm on vacation I really don't want to deal with inspectors comig into our rental. I've rented with vrbo for 20+ years and have never had inspectors coming in my rental. I can understand hurricane inspections, but pest inspections and spraying in our condo while we were there, that's a hard no, not acceptable.

Beautiful condo!

Condo was conveniently located and very beautiful. The kitchen was fully furnished and had all the amenities we needed for a wonderful weekend getaway! The beds were very comfortable. Quick response from property management with all questions we had. Will recommend and stay again if ever in the area.

Beautiful 2bdrm with everything you need for a beach vacation

My wife and I, along with our grown daughter and her 2 children stayed three nights, check in was done keyless/remote, Michael(the host) made sure we had everything we needed to access the apartment and we came In from a late night Atlanta drive,arriving at 12:30am everything was simple. What you see in the photos are exactly what it looks like in person. The place was emaculate. Super clean, more than enough space, modern decor. Swimming pool was great not crowded. The property feels very private. You will love this place. Go ahead and book it😉😁
