lacrosse tournament

Second time staying in this complex for a lacrosse tournament hosted in the area. The condo is clean and as advertised. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. Beach chairs were are plus!

Condo

The condo was clean and the owner communicated well. There were homeless people on the property more than once. The trash outside was horrible. There were a lot of wasps and spiders. I live in Florida but the bug problem really needs more care because this was more than a normal Florida situation. There is construction going on and a potter-potty on the property that we were not made aware of.

IMG Soccer Tournament

Super close to IMG, 25 minutes from downtown Sarasota. Nice pool area, and condo was clean. Not brand new, but nice and comfortable.

IMG Tournament

This is a great place to stay! Close and easy access to IMG, plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, and not a far drive to the beach. We loved the beach chairs and towels that were provided! It is clean, comfortable, and just what we needed! Thank you!!

Very clean and nice place. Would have given it a full 5 stars, but was originally listed as three bedrooms. A mistake the property manager did rectify.

Perfect and practical

I loved the unit being so clean, easy check in and owner always available when needed, I loved the beach chairs and umbrella for the beach they were so helpful! I spent the night of Idalia’s hurricane with no issues at all, everything was great! I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect - Everything We Needed

We had a great experience. Communication was fast and easy! House was great, updated, great decor, lots of towels, extra blankets, clean and they truly thought of everything one would need to accommodate our family. We may be back soon and we would definitely stay again without hesitation.

Spring Training

As mentioned by others, the property is exactly as described. Easy check-in/check-out and the communication with the manager quick and professional. Thoughtfully appointed unit with some of the most comfortable beds and well-stocked kitchen we've ever experienced in a vacation rental. Nice set up of shampoo, conditioner, shower soap, hand soap, hair dryer, and bath towels. Appreciated beach set up as well, with beach towels, chairs, and toys. Washer/dryer and dishwasher - both which include detergent. Coffee maker (not Keurig) with filters and ground coffee. Centrally located off a main thoroughfare with easy access to ballparks, beaches, and restaurants. Enjoy!

Great Location, Awesome Stay!

My son and I visited Sarasota for the very first time. The condo was just like advertised. Clean, roomy, super comfy beds, well equipped and has a huge flat screen tv in the master bedroom! The pool was a super quick walk from the condo and had some shaded areas. Location was great, as we flew into the Sarasota airport and the drive was less than 15 minutes. Check in was smooth and easy. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful place to stay !

Very nice condo ! Sits back away from everything ! So many accommodations they have to offer!! We didn’t have to worry about paper towels ,toilet paper Coffee etc.. they had it all available which means a lot ..We will definitely will be back !
