We like this place

We have stayed here a few times and have enjoyed it each time. It’s a mother in law apartment with its own separate entrance and direct access to the screened in pool. The neighborhood is quite which makes eating breakfast on the screened in patio a treat.

Sarasota fun

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment in a lovely neighborhood close to so many things we wanted to do and was very comfortable and clean and well stocked for all needs. The host was extremely responsive and very helpful in places to go and things to do. We plan to return next year.

Rich was a great host, from greeting us when we arrived to providing so many items, from the crackers and cheese, bottled water, shampoo and conditioner, beach towels and chairs, cooler - so many things that one needs but does not always get! The apartment was perfect for the two of us and we had a lovely time - just wished we could have stayed longer.

We love this place

We have stayed here multiple times. It has been excellent every time. The unit is actually much nicer than the pictures would indicate. It’s a quiet neighborhood and not by the beach or action, but it suits our needs perfectly. The pool is wonderful.

The very best hosts in VRBO!

Rich and Denise are awesome and their property was perfect. From the cheese, crackers and sparkling grape juice upon arrival - - to helping me with printing something we needed - - they were great! Hope to stay at their property again next year when we are back for the same tournament! Thank you both so much!

Had a great time on our vacation. Property was in a convenient location and had everything we needed for our stay. Safe neighborhood to walk around and let kids go out on their own. Host were super friendly and were available anytime we had a question.

Home away from home

This is our new favorite place to stay in Sarasota :) We've been regular visitors for 35 years and most often stayed at the beach but we love the peace and quiet of this neighborhood. The apartment has everything you need and is truly a home away from home. The hosts Rich and Denise are friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. Top marks for everything.

Perfect for the weekend

My daughter and I were down for a tournament and this place was perfect. Centrally located for our games and not far from the water when time allowed. The place was immaculate and the hosts were extremely friendly. Communication was great and the check in and out were seamless. Would definitely recommend.

Sarasota Spring Training Baseball

This rental was clean, well stocked and in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to the Gulf Coast and also within 15 minutes of the Pirates and Orioles spring training facilities. The owners Rich and Denise were super friendly and accommodating. Would definitely rent here again.

Excellent From Start to Finish

Loved this rental. The location was excellent, so close to the airport, the beach, stores and restaurants. The property was spotless and so very warm and inviting. And the property owners, Rich and Denise, were very respectful of our privacy and highly responsive whenever we needed anything. We plan more trips to the Sarasota area and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend 👍😎🌮
