LAKE FRONT SUNSET CABIN - Water Access!

Come watch the sunset & relax by the water!!! This lake front property has everything you need to enjoy a get away! Perfect access to watch the sunset & water access to cool off. Paddle boat & kayaks are awaiting you. Boats and jetskis are welcome - you will have to anchor there is not a dock. YET!
A perfect place for your family/friends!

The relaxing water and large open windows are the perfect place for any birthday party, family reunion, you name it! Additional guests beyond 14 people and more than 5 cars are required to be disclosed & approved before arrival. We are happy to accommodate, but do require notification and approval ahead of time.

The house is conveniently located close to a public boat ramp and 11 miles from town. There is a small grocery store and Dollar General less 1 mile away.

The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, kitchen, living room, and den with lake views.
The house comfortably sleeps 10 and has the ability with two air mattresses to sleep 14!!!

The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed. Guest Bedroom #2 has two Queen sized beds
The Den has stackable bunk beds with twin sized beds.
The Living Room has a pull out sectional that has a Queen sized bed.
There are also two Queen sized air mattresses.

WHATS INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY?
This is a fully functioning short term rental.
That being said, just about anything you would need is available to you. If you have any questions specifically, please don’t be afraid to ask! Kitchen and laundry room are fully equipped!
• Clean linens will be available upon arrival.
• TV and WiFi are available.
• There is a grill, BBQ pit, fire pit, paddle boat, & kayak available for guest use! Enjoy the fire pit by making s’mores or hotdogs along side the gorgeous lake view!
