LAKE FRONT SUNSET CABIN - Water Access!

Come watch the sunset & relax by the water!!! This lake front property has everything you need to enjoy a get away! Perfect access to watch the sunset & water access to cool off. Paddle boat & kayaks are awaiting you. Boats and jetskis are welcome - you will have to anchor there is not a dock. YET!
A perfect place for your family/friends!

The relaxing water and large open windows are the perfect place for any birthday party, family reunion, you name it! Additional guests beyond 14 people and more than 5 cars are required to be disclosed & approved before arrival. We are happy to accommodate, but do require notification and approval ahead of time.

The house is conveniently located close to a public boat ramp and 11 miles from town. There is a small grocery store and Dollar General less 1 mile away.

The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, kitchen, living room, and den with lake views.
The house comfortably sleeps 10 and has the ability with two air mattresses to sleep 14!!!

The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed. Guest Bedroom #2 has two Queen sized beds
The Den has stackable bunk beds with twin sized beds.
The Living Room has a pull out sectional that has a Queen sized bed.
There are also two Queen sized air mattresses.

WHATS INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY?
This is a fully functioning short term rental.
That being said, just about anything you would need is available to you. If you have any questions specifically, please don’t be afraid to ask! Kitchen and laundry room are fully equipped!
‱ Clean linens will be available upon arrival.
‱ TV and WiFi are available.
‱ There is a grill, BBQ pit, fire pit, paddle boat, & kayak available for guest use! Enjoy the fire pit by making s’mores or hotdogs along side the gorgeous lake view!

Covering up smells - had to unplug all air freshener plug-ins as soon as we walked in - it was totally suffocating! Water pressure was so bad the toilets would not flush half of the time we were there - we did not call for help as we we know there would be no fix - and shower had very low pressure. Views were great, house served our needs. Neighborhood is a little run down but not unusual for a lake, lots of stray cats, a stray dog that go into the back yard with us while we were sitting on the patio - glad my dogs were not with us as this would have been very bad. I would suggest a new American flag out front - even my 4 year old commented how bad and trashy it looked.

The over all of the property was nice. I really like the views and the house was very comfortable. The outdoor space on the back porch was nice but I really wish that the propane fire pit was working. The other outdoor space out side the porch was awesome. The kids enjoyed the area and I really like the fire pit for s’mores What I didn’t like was the fact if you were unsteady on your feet then you could not get down the stone steps to get to the sitting area. My Mom is 82 so she could not join us during the making of the s’mores and enjoying the evening by the fire. My husband had back surgery a few months ago so he was not comfortable using the stone steps that night. If I had know more about the terrain of the property I would not have booked it. I’m posting some pictures of the sunsets which was amazing.

The lake view was so awesome! Just wished we had known sooner that the lake wasn’t easily accessible for kids and elderly but we still made the best of it and went other places to fish!

This home was great for our family and traveling with our dog. The view was UNMATCHED, and we have been to many a lake cabin in Texas. I could not stop taking pictures of the sun. My kids loved the property and it had so much outdoor space for them to adventure. The fenced area up by the house was perfect for having the dog out which was a nice surprise. Beds were also so comfy that I need the same ones at home. Owner was quickly responsive with every point of contact. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing host and clean property. Great for entertaining with breathtaking views of the lake. The host was always accessible for questions. The complimentary coffee bar was nice while we got ready for guests to arrive. We were so impressed and would recommend this place to others. We used the fire pit to roast s’mores and the weather was perfect. We are so thankful we found this place! My daughter said it was the best birthday.

Great multi-generational stay for the night in Brownwood

The owners were great to work with on this one night stay in Brownwood. The house had plenty of space for Grandparents through teenagers.

Sunset Cabin

Cabin was very nice and matched the description of the property. The cabin was somewhat challenging to find as many of the streets in the area are missing street signs. Thank goodness for GPS!

cute cabin!

We got to stay here after a wedding and had an incredible time. the beds were very comfy, even the bunk beds! we were really pleased with the place. Our only problem - and nothing really you can do to get around it (lake life) - was the gnats, there's so many outside that some sneak inside but again - not much you can do about nature! We're already talking about staying here again in the summer for some lake fun!

Decent place to stay

The home was clean and had all amenities needed. I'm not sure I would call it a 'cabin'. The neighborhood isn't the cleanest but this home was the best of all around from what we could view. It is by the water but you would have to do some steep walking to get to it. It's not too far of a drive into the closest town but may be further than some would care for. It suited our needs which was a place to sleep/shower. We were only in the area for a hunting trip. The checkin process was more difficult than expected. Didn't receive the proper address to the home until I had to message to receive it right at check in time. There weren't many instructions on what was expected for dirty linens and such at check out so we just followed what is typical when we stay other places.

Great Lake view

Place was very clean. Bathrooms do not have air. On One of the beds the pillow cases had mascara on them. Beds were comfortable . The owner communicated well with us. Loved the coffee bar. Very peaceful location !!! Loved the back area with view of the lake . Thank you for a great stay !
