We were only there for a family reunion and 90th birthday celebration, however, it turned out to be a great weekend getaway on the lake! The house was exactly as listed. They really have thought of everything. The firepit was out of gas, but we just threw some logs on the one on the back porch. Great location and superior communication! Clean and spacious. Will surely return.

What a special weekend to celebrate on the lake, and we're so glad the house made the family reunion and 90th birthday celebration extra memorable. It's wonderful to hear everything was exactly as listed, clean, spacious, and that communication made things easy from start to finish. We'll be sure the firepit gets checked so it's ready to go for the next visit. The great location really is one of our favorite parts of this home, and it means a lot to know it added to such a meaningful weekend for your family.

Quick trip but fun & relaxing

Beautiful area & very comfortable home. This trip was for a break to relax & fish a little. We plan to return again. Loved the western decor.

Brownwwod lake stay

Beautiful home and great views with ake acces. First impressions were unit was not clean and require us to clear out spiders and hornets to be able to use the deck. Not what we expected considering this was are first Vrob experience

Clean but Neglected

Inside of property was clean. Missing light bulbs in all rooms. Master shower broke, but was repaired.Outside was a mess. Needed a good sweeping and cobweb removal. Lots of wasps.Host was very responsive.

Love the lake!

Overall, it was great because there were a lot of places for people to sleep and it’s a big house. The only downstairs bathroom is also connected to the master and the master also has double doors open to another bedroom, which was kind of awkward. The TV in the master was beside the bed instead of in front of it. We arrived with no batteries in the master bedroom TV remotes and it would not connect to the Internet. We did not get check instructions. Luckily the property manager texted me late as we were coming in late with her code so we could get in. The dishwasher had not been unloaded from the previous guest. We would have loved to have used the paddle boat, but it was completely filthy.Overall, the house met our needs for the price, but a few things could be altered to make it better.
