Repeat visitor here, comfortable, clean property with a gorgeous dock and view of Lake Brownwood. Exceptionally good host, very communicative and friendly.I visit Brownwood for an annual event but kept commenting to my traveling companion that I'd love to come back and stay in this VRBO with the rest of my family, and hope to do so one day.

The property is very easy to find. Right off the highway. It had everything we needed for a great weekend. We loved the back patio area. The boat dock was great. I wish the wind had not been so strong during our stay. Boat ramp in the neighborhood was also great.

The house is clean and welcoming. All kitchen appliances, cooking equipment, plates, bowls, utensils etc are supplied. Bedroom and bathroom towels, linens and blankets were clean and abundant. Extra touches included games and a great selection of books. Very nice touch!Would book again!

Nice location for what we needed.

Was a very nice clean house. You do notice the traffic noise from the bridge acress the lake that is very close. All and all, a nice place to stay for what we needed.

Weekend Reunion

We spent time with family for a weekend visit and enjoyed relaxing out on the dock. The house was absolutely comfortable and clean and perfect for what we needed. Would definitely choose to stay again. Thank you so much!!

Great location

This place is situated right on the water. You literally walk about 50 yards from the back door to the dock. The backyard is spacious. The dock has plenty of room for fishing and just enjoying the outdoors. The house is pretty spacious. We had everything we needed for a great family vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Sweet memories

This was perfect for our family to get out of town and breathe some fresh air and have a beautiful view of the lake. The property was nice and beautiful for our kids to swim in the lake. Property manager was available to my questions promptly. Over all I will do this again

Family gathering

I loved the property , i felt it was in a good location and was super pretty at night . I sat outside early this morning and enjoyed the view . Its very peaceful . The house was clean and very spacious . Thank you again .

We had our annual guys weekend here. There were 8 of us and we fit and slept comfortably. The property had plenty of room for games, lounging, and just kicking back and relaxing. The covered boat dock was perfect. The adults hung out on the bottom deck while the kiddos fished from the upper deck. The hosts where very attentive to our needs, although there was not many. The property was everything we expected and more. We will definitely book another stay here. -Marco
