The views are breath taken. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a long day of travel. The property is only a few minutes from a nice little shopping area we stopped at Nugget Market and picked up food and wine before arriving.

Spacious and clean

This one-bedroom has a living area with lots of open space with high ceilings and large windows with a great view. The host was responsive, access was easy and the rental was clean!

Fantastic!

Had family gathering in Folsom and this made for an excellent place to stay throughout the weekend. It’s a bit remote which we loved (!) with a great view, comfy bed, and a pool table to enjoy just for fun. It was the perfect getaway while also being able to connect with dear loved ones. Thanks!! We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful View

The best thing about this place was the view! Beautiful at all times of the day. The guest house was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was easy to access and communication with the host was quick and easy. He answered all of our questions within the hour. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Unexpected and amazing!

My boyfriend and I stayed here, super unexpected and spur of the moment. We loved it! The house and property was so pretty, the shower was huge, the pool table was fun. The house was very clean, the owner was super fast to respond and friendly. The movie theater and several restaurants are very close, maybe 10 minutes away. But the house is very secluded and private from town. Thank you!!

The view!!!!

The view is so much more than what I was expecting. Looking out upon the sunset from the private balcony was amazingly beautiful. Pictures dont do this property justice. It feels as if you are living in a gorgeous painting. The hosts were excellent, they made us feel comfortable and welcome. Leaving mints, chocolates, a bottle of water for each of us, there was complimentary coffee or tea as well as a pastry for each of us. The drive once you get out of town and into the hills is beautiful. The home is spacious and very private. The windows look out onto a breathtaking view and the stars at night are something to experience. We are looking at booking again we enjoyed our time so much!!

Perfect example of a beautiful home and nightmare hosts.

The property was beautiful. Not the very clean. I cleaned the windows so we could see the beautiful view. The pool was amazing. However, for Father's Day my 3 teenage boys came to visit there dying dad from out of town. They were not staying the night, however it was father's day. The host called and texted threatening to call cops. I spoke with a woman and she agreed the kids could stay until after dinner. Which they did. However about 930pm she showed up ringing doorbell to see how many people were in the home.(Which was 2) They had cameras all over the property. And used these to spy and threaten me and my family. When. I first rented it, there was no mention of cameras. They are hidden all around property. We felt so uncomfortable we left and did not stay the night. Now the hosts want me to pay 50 dollars per child that they agreed could stay for dinner. Nightmare hosts ruined a beautiful memory, maybe the last fathers day the boys got to spend with their dad. The view is breathtaking, remember they are always watching. Even when in the pool. They should not be hosts. If I could up load pictures of the home and it's ran down condition I would. I would not recommend renting this place.

The reservation was only two people. And I found 8 persons coming to my property I saw that from our camera main house bell we putting that for our safety cause we have kids and our house in 10 acres and wild animals , the cameras and their location are mention in our House rules .our place always super clean ,peacefully staying for any people came three years ago .I can’t do anything with that grudge because that is part in this world .
