Stan provides a wonderful house in Milford to spend time and enjoy the area. This property is in a quiet area to relax with pastoral views from the deck. We saw turkeys, rabbits and other wildlife in the backyard. The house is well equipped, clean and has space to provide for all the planned activities. The caretakers provide speedy responses to any items needed and are super friendly and seem like the neighbors we all wish we had. I highly recomend this propery for anyone visiting the area and I know you will enjoy it as much as we did.

The property was as advertised. Clean, well-kept and plenty of room. Everything worked! Great location for enjoying Milford Reservoir. The Owner was a good communicator with prompt responses to questions I had. He also made sure we had a full tank of propane for the grill. We will certainly be returning.

The house was very clean. About 5 min after checking in the host came by to ensure that everything was ok and she was very nice. She let me know that if I needed anything not to hesitate to let her know. There were two coffee pots but was not able to find any coffee. I mention that I was not able to find any coffee she looked also and saied she would bring some over I told her that it was not necessary that I had to go to town anyhow and would pick some up well I didn't make it to town and went somewhere else when I returned there was a new thing of coffee sitting in front of the garage door for me. As I said before she was very nice. I would stay there again.

The listing states that I do not supply coffee. Charles and I had a conversation about this prior to his visit. Apparently, he misunderstood. I appreciate that he provided a positive review. He was a great guest, and I will look forward to hosting him again.

Great house and location!

This is a lovely, clean and comfortable home to stay in! We were in the area to meet our new great great nephew and were able to hang out with him and his mom in a relaxing setting. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in this area!

I am an outdoors person who loves hunting, fishing, hiking, and other outdoor activities. I grew up in a small town in Idaho and currently live full time in Alaska. I visit my property two to three times a year to make improvements and take advantage of hunting and fishing opportunities Kansas has to offer.

I purchased 130 acres of land adjacent to the house in 2020 and purchased the house in 2021. The land is for hunting and my general enjoyment, plus it provides a modest return on investment from crops. The house provides a place for me to stay and opportunities to keep busy making improvements.
