Inside you'll find a bright interior with a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Plenty of comfortable furniture awaits for great conversation, or hosting a movie night on the large TV. Prepare grand meals and on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, complete with a floating island breakfast bar. Eat home-cooked meals or play board games and make memories at the dining table. With four soft beds, there's room enough for everyone to have a good night's rest after a day of adventuring. Dine alfresco in the enclosed backyard or observe the spectacular Colorado sunsets with your favorite drink in hand.

Family getaway

A family vacation with adult boys, was a great place to call home for a few days. We were able to easily get to every where we wanted to go. Large eating area was comfortable to sit the family down for a meal and games.

Quiet and lovely

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with gorgeous views of the mountains from nearly every room of the house. Would highly recommend for a weekend or week long stay, plenty of amenities in the house and a good working central air system for Colorado heat, or cold I suspect.

Sunny Colorado Springs

We had a great week in Colorado Springs visiting family. The weather was lovely and the house was a great location for all of our west side fun. The mattress in the master bedroom was firm and comfortable. The kitchen/living room/dining room were spacious. Thank you for a great landing space.

The property was clean and conveniently located in Manitou Springs, however it is in a more industrial location and the house is dated. The carpet is stained and needs stretching and the comforters on the bed are also stained. Additionally, there is quite a large hole on the front stoop outside the front door covered by a doormat that is a hazard.

Excellent dance for exploring Colorado springs.

My family enjoyed staying here. It was very convenient for exploring all the Colorado springs had to offer. Not too far from garden of the gods, the Broadmoor hotel with the Penrose History museum. There was ample room for my family of five. The kitchen was well furnished and had everything that we needed. The decor in the bathrooms was clever. We felt like the home was much nicer than the price we paid. And it sure beats a hotel. We enjoyed our trip. Thank you!

Handicapped Safety Issues

While the house overall was a good stay, we traveled with elderly people. Front porch needs a handrail, carpets need stretched, showers need pull/safety bars. Otherwise house was good.

Nice Home

This home was very clean, well stocked, and in a convenient location. I appreciated that all the essentials were provided - dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and sample sized toiletries. The kitchen has everything we needed, including some cooking items like spices and oil. The neighborhood was quiet and close to many restaurants. It was nice to be provided a binder with a list of things to do and recommendations, along with good information to have handy. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here if I could.

Not what I expected

The property is in a quiet neighborhood but it is very outdated on the inside with the exception of the kitchen. The carpet, curtains and comforters had some noticeable stains. The floors creaked and the windows were unlocked when we arrived. We were very dissaponted to not have been able to experience the same satisfaction we had found with other properties we had found using VRBO.
