Cozy 3 Bedroom 1 bathroom with a very large fenced-in backyard and rear interior patio accommodating up to 10 guests. 2 Bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses and the 3rd bedroom features 2 Queen Bunkbeds with memory foam mattresses. The living room features a Roku TV, coffee table and 2 comfortable luxury leather sleeper sofas. Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Keurig Coffee Machine & Drip Coffee Machine, Blender, Pots, Pans and cookware are all included with ample plates, cups and utensils. There’s also an enclosed patio with an air conditioning unit and fan used as flex space. The house is fully fenced in and features a massive backyard.

Short and Sweet
The place was clean and neat, just had a few things that was of concerns like we wasn’t sure if the bed linens were clean because when went to pull the covers back money (a few coins) fell out, it just seemed as if the beds were just made up. A few minor things but overall the stay was nice.

I thought about this review for a while, I usually don’t have high standards and I’m a laid back individual. We got this home based on a great price point, and location to local amusement parks we planned to visit during our stay. Our group knew we would be strictly sleeping and showering as our days were jam packed with activities. I was sent key code the day before arrival which was awesome I didn’t have to reach out. When we got there code worked no problem, we did a quick walk around and one room had white stains on the sheets 🤮. The group in that room went to Walmart and got new sheets for their stay. There was a washer and dryer in the home, but we weren’t looking to be maids during our stay. The dish machine had a note that it was broken (didn’t matter to us as we didn’t plan to cook there). There was no home rule or information sheet/ book like I’ve had in other rentals which contains information like trash day. Which leads to the fact that every trash can outside was FULL and we missed their trash day during our stay too because we left so early and didn’t see neighbors trash out till arriving home. There was minimal amenities within the house. The plates sat out on the table had dust on them. The AC was a nest (I believe those are controlled remotely) we woke up with no AC some days and it was hot and muggy. They have ring doorbells so when we came home from our days I believe that’s when they would turn the AC back on. We couldn’t adjust it from the wall (maybe it was just us, but all adults in the party thought it was “locked” so we couldn’t adjust it manually). The floors turned our socks black (which some people in the group were disgusted by). The water pressure was very low, and I’m sure this is from the house being old (not a big issue). Overall if you’re a clean person this isn’t the house for you. They need to work on deep cleaning after each visit. Another thing that was super sketchy is there was a claim that the coffee maker broke during our stay.. We had insurance for damages and didn’t have to pay anything, BUT we NEVER used the coffee maker (we brought Starbucks iced coffee, and Red Bulls!). Could have been missed from a prior visitor, but definitely wasn’t from our group and if I didn’t have the coverage it would have cost $200. I think if you’re looking to stay here you should be very cautious.
