This is a very spacious end unit 2 story 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome located centrally in Chandler and presented by Elite Vacation Rentals. Super location within the complex. Covered parking. Pool just steps away. Covered private patio/backyard courtyard.
Step inside, you can enter from the backyard courtyard or through the front door. The living room is comfy with seating for everyone and is light and bright with windows on all sides. It is centered around a magical fireplace and large smart TV with HuluLive so you can catch all your favorite shows, movies and sports.
The open concept kitchen and dining room make this downstairs living effortless. Prep a meal in the kitchen that is stocked with everything you could ever need and eat indoors at high top dining table or al fresco in the outdoor private courtyard.
There is a 1/2 guest bath downstairs and a laundry room too. Super fast wifi.
Retreat upstairs to the bedroom suites. The master is large has an ensuite bath and super queen bed and TV. It also has a large walk in closet. Bedroom 2 is queen sized comfort and bedroom 3 with two twins that can be made into a king share the hall full bath with tub and shower combo.

Just across the street is the pool complex perfect for taking in some of the AZ sunshine or taking a dip in the sparkling pool. THIS POOL IS NOT HEATED OCT-APRIL.

WOOF! This home is one dog friendly. A total of one dog will be welcome for those guests staying 30+ nights the pet fee is $10 per night.

The condo was very clean, and management was very supportive of my unique circumstances. We were very satisfied with our 5-month stay and would absolutely stay again!

Great, clean place

Stayed for just over 2 weeks, great landing spot in town. Loved the tile showers and the big TV in the living room! Was only 5 min to DT Chandler, about 10 to DT Gilbert and easy to get Uber/ Lyft rides.

No pool access

Extremely disappointed no access to the pool that was part of the contract. Property owner offered a one day pool pass to a different property, no credit given for not providing daily access to the pool or no offer for late checkout. We selected the property based on location and access to the pool for sunbathing and relaxing in the sunshine. Extremely frustrated that minimally some type of credit was not offered. Would not recommend.

Stay away

Property was in poor condition. The condo was not clean-stain on the kitchen counter (which we removed with a little Comet), debris behind the TV, cleaning rag left in a bathroom…. TV in master bedroom was not hooked up, blinds were saggy and did not afford privacy, big gouge in the stairway flooring, water glass ring on the coffee table, to name a few. No basics in the kitchen like salt, pepper, non-stick spray… No instructions for operating things, like which dumpsters to use, exactly where to park, how to utilize the pool, proper use of keyless entry system…
