Luxury Condo in Ocotillo/Chandler!

FANTASTIC CONDOMINIUM in LUXURY GATED complex in golf community of Ocotillo in Chandler, Arizona. This beautiful condominium has two bedrooms, two baths, two-car garage, and is tastefully decorated with nice furnishings. The living room has a new sofa and loveseat with a flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king bed with a thick Serta pillow-top mattress. The master bathroom has a separate shower and garden tub.

The second bedroom is split from the master and has a queen bed. Loft area has a pull out sofa for additional sleeping. Spend time on the balcony drinking your coffee, or at the HEATED pool and hot tub. There is a fitness center on-site as well.

Please note this is a second level unit and there are interior stairs.

For those GOLF LOVERS, one mile away is Ocotillo Golf Course, designed by renowned course architect Ted Robinson and is a recipient of Golf Digest's 4 1/2 Star Best Places to Play Award - see our link below for pictures and course layout. In addition to this, there are 200-plus golf courses to play in the Valley.

We are located 20 minutes from Scottsdale and 15 minutes from Tempe. At just five minutes from the Chandler Fashion Center there is great shopping and many fine dining restaurants for you to choose.

Valley activities include Spring Training Camps, baseball, football, basketball, hockey, hiking, rock climbing, four wheeling, biking, golf, tennis, GYM within a mile, cinemas, live theatre, boating, and located five minutes from Bondurant Race Track where there is public go-karting.

Great condo for families

This was a great condo for our family as we were visiting our Sun Lake retirees. Very spacious condo. Well-equipped kitchen with all the gear that you'll need. The pool area (including hot tub) were a hit for our family - even over Christmas break - because it was heated. Lots of equipment in the community weight room too. Would definitely stay here again!

Ocotillo stay

Three days into my stay I needed to empty the toilet ice from the freezer as it was over flowing bin. When I removed and dumped the ice in the sink before I noticed the rust in the freezer and ice dispenser Uggg. I wish I could add pictures The washing machine we dirty. And the dryer vent was pinched almost shut. I think this is a fire hazard . I changed the toilet paper roll and later found a scorpion in the toilet bowl It was in a great location with lots of nearby restaurants and shopping

Okay, could be great

This property worked out well for us to visit relatives in Chandler. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths were perfect. We hardly used the kitchen but it looked like there were adequate supplies. Really good cleaning was lacking. I would be happy to give details and suggestions for getting the most from your cleaner dollars which we are essentially paying for.

Family visit

Catch up visit with grand kids. Facility was comfortable and met our needs for short stay. A/C went out for first night BUT Christine had repairman early next day and remaining stay was comfortable. Location was ideal for us with all necessary stores very close by.

Great communication for any questions I had. The master bed was a little uncomfortable but dealt with it. Everything else was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. Very affordable as well.

Just wonderful!

My husband and I wanted a convenient location near major highways in order to get around easily. This was perfect, near the 101, 202, and 10. The airport is only about 20-30 minutes away. Even more convenient was the fact that, after a busy day of driving and sightseeing, we could walk just a few blocks to a great restaurant, Keegan’s, for dinner or to the Albertsons for supplies. Many, many other restaurant stores are also within walking distance, yet the condo itself was in a very quiet, gated, safe area. Besides the location being perfect, the condo was perfect as well. It was extremely clean, uncluttered, with nice convenient touches. The air conditioning and fans in the condo made it very comfortable. The towels were white, luxurious, and in abundance. The bedding was perfect, with a duvet cover that you just knew was newly laundered and clean. A basket of unopened toiletries on the bathroom counter was a nice touch. Loved the comfortable linen like couch and loveseat. TV and Internet was more than adequate. There were 2 bedrooms, but there was a hide a bed in a quiet alcove area, which would have been perfect if we had children or another couple with us. The 2 car garage was covered with a garage door opener and an interior door to the entryway, which was very convenient. The condo was on the second floor, but the interior stairs are wide, carpeted, and with a sturdy railing that allowed an easy entrance to the condo. The pool and hot tub looked great and inviting, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to use them. Christine was accessible, but her directions and hints on how to use the facilities were well stated, so we had little reason for lots of communications. But the ones we had were pleasant and she always responded quickly. We have stayed at many VRBO homes and condos. This was the most convenient, clean, effortless stays we have had. Can’t recommend it enough! Thanks so much, Christine. We will certainly contact you again if we ever need to stay in that area again!

Easy access, great location, and comfortable

The condo was centrally located for us, it was very quiet. Traffic sound on sandpiper rd wasn’t bad in the morning. The place was clean and didn’t have any offensive fragrances.

A short getaway from the Chicago winter

The unit was clean and very spacious. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. We really enjoyed Ocotillo Golf Club which was less than 5 minutes away.
