ASU/Spring Training Facilities/Old Town/Mill Ave/Skyharbor all w/in a fifteen minute drive from this newly renovated 3br/2ba home. Bring the family or enjoy a girls/boys weekend. Pool, seating area, grill, putting green/sand pit, corn hole, fire pit seating in spacious back yard. Air hockey has its own separate playing space. Master bedroom with walk in closet and full bathroom. 2nd bedroom with 2-twin beds/sitting area with futon bed. 3rd bedroom with King bed (can be converted to 2 twin.
Spacious backyard with all the amenities you could ask for. Cookout on the grill, have dinner on the patio or by the fire pit seating area depending on the weather. Lay by the pool in the lounge chairs. Then, play a game of air hockey in the covered space of the garage.
Master bedroom has walk in closet and full bathroom, with 2 smart night tables with plug ins for phone chargers. Wall mounted TV
2nd bedroom has a desk, 2 twin beds and a futon in the sitting area, plus a closet and sliding door to patio. Wall mounted TV
3rd bedroom consists of a King bed that can be converted to 2 twins per request. Also with a closet.
