Sloan Park townhouse

Pros: Great location being near the 101/202 freeways, baseball Sloan park In walking distance, near Tempe Market Place. Good floor plan. No stairs. Good shower and bed. Covered car parking nearby.Cons: small bathroom, no hanging storage in second bedroom,on flight path for airport near.

Close to so much. Cute lottle condo.

The property was a bit smaller than we anticipated. But it was fine for two people. Really liked the updated kitchen and flooring. Was able to contact the owner very easily. One block away from Cubs Spring training Stadium. And a mile away from an outdoor mall that was super. Had a great food district.

Convenient for baseball fans

Walking distance to a nice big park and Cubs spring training facility. Tempe Market Place is a nice shopping and restaurant area, also nearby. Host was easy to reach.

Loved the accommodations and quite neighborhood.

Staying a month gave us an opportunity to experience Mesa- Phoenix- Scottsdale- Tempe. Our first trip to Arizona and the warm sunshine was wonderful. The pool was within 15 yards from this place. Thank you to our wonderful host

Relaxing stay

The location was great for where we wanted go. It was comfortable and kitchen was stocked with good pans etc. as We cooked most of meals. Pizza pan would be nice to have and 9x9 baking pan also. Owner provided extras like soaps, shampoo, paper products. Pool area was nice for sitting out.

The best stay!

We stayed at this rental for a month and it had everything we could ever need. It was clean, comfortable and safe! You walk in and don’t have to stress about all the little stuff you’ll need for your stay which is the biggest relief. We never heard our neighbors and never had any noise complaints which was important for us because of our one year old. Any questions I had they answered promptly and were helpful. Walking distance to the Cubs stadium and a fun/safe park for kids. Shopping and restaurants all around. Definitely recommend staying here and I’m very picky about my rentals!

Location! Location! Location! This cozy cottage-like condo is in a serene beautiful complex located in the heart of Phoenix. You cannot beat the location, as you will be close to all major freeways, Downtown Tempe, Chicago Cubs Stadium, Arizona State University, Old Town Scottsdale, Phoenix Sky Harbor airport, Phoenix Zoo & Papago Park. Not to mention within minutes to lots of shopping and dining (Tempe Marketplace - outdoor mall) and less than 15 mins to Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall.
