This stunning, modern, newly renovated home that is located in the heart of Pocono Mountains not only has brand new furniture and appliances, tremendous space for outdoor sports, but also includes community lake access. Enjoy a homely feel where you can rest and relax, or have some intense friendly rivalry playing ping pong, poker or billiards with your arch frenemy.
Wawa, Dunkin’ Donuts, Supermarket, Liquor store, Asian restaurants, Chat and Chew diner, CVS and many more stores and dine areas are just two minutes away from the house.

Lake Sinca is a huge gorgeous lake which is less than a 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive away from our home. This location combines the best of both worlds as you can enjoy a winter getaway, enjoying thrilling snow activities or a summer retreat by taking a quick dip by the lake.

We had a fantastic stay! The poker table, ping pong, and hot tub made for so much fun during our trip. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Communication with the host was quick, clear, and friendly. Highly recommend!

Awesome weekend

Amazing Cozy Home

I stayed here with my family for a weekend birthday trip and we had an amazing time! The host was very accommodating and extremely kind very helpful and quickly responds! The house was so nice and very spacious had lots of fun! The game room had everything and the hot tub was a great addition and we enjoyed it! Definitely recommend staying here!!

Guys Weekend

The house was exactly as advertised and everything that we wanted and needed. There was plenty of space and seating in every space of the house and outside as well. The house was clean and had everything. Lela was very kind and super responsive. The private lake was and park was very nice and the fishing was good! We will definitely come back! Thank you, Lela.

Great stay with plenty to do at/around the house

The house was clean and orderly, the game room was incredible, and the outdoor space perfect for a get together with friends! Quick walk/drive to the lake if you want to get out of the house, but there was plenty of great accommodations right there to make our stay exceptional. Host was very communicative and responsive.

Great last minute getaway!

I want to thank Lela for such an easy process to check in and check out. Lela's home is beautiful and has everything you and your guests will need. The hot tub was awesome! It is very close to all things poconos. Rent this place!

Fun Lakehouse Getaway

Property was amazing. It was well decorated and offered a lot of activities to do. My friends and I enjoyed it very much. The property owner was easy to reach if needed and able to accommodate to our requests when needed. Will definitely be staying here again.

Lovely space, perfect for a family trip

We brought two families to this lovely home, and it was perfect for our needs. Great hiking and activities in the area, and so much to do at the house. Our kids loved the game room and we all loved the hot tub. Lela was a wonderful and communicative host. Would love to come back!

House is nicer than the photos posted.

The house is much nicer much larger and much better overall than any of the pictures can show. The bathrooms aren't even displayed and they're excellent the upstairs attic is almost a full apartment.

Great place for multiple families with kids. Well stocked kitchen and lots for kids today with games room and bikes etc. hot tub was a highlight for all. Host very responsive throughout.

Enjoyable bachelor party in the middle of a tropical storm.

First off, don't let the title startle you, there was a tropical storm involved but despite that, we still had an amazing stay. I really can't speak any higher on the amount of communication we had with the property manager. She was great and answered all out questions and was willing to work with us on some of our requests. The house was spectacular and exactly as advertised. None of those angle shots that make a room look 3x bigger than it really is. We stayed for a low key bachelor party but as the title states, we had a tropical storm floating overhead so we can't comment on the outdoor stuff. Inside held a fully stocked, albeit a little worn equipment, kitchen that allowed for me to cook for our party of 6 easily. Leftover seasoning and ingredients meant I didn't have to bring it from home. The game room was clean and had all the needed equipment to play. It even had preparations for much younger kids. With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms we were able to spread out and enjoy the stay. Speaking on spreading out, 5 couches all over the main level really allowed us to do that as well. Chips and the poker table let us burn some time over the wet weekend. Lastly, the only suggestion I could make is the possible addition of Chromecast so people can stream on the big screen TV. But all in all, we had a great time and would 100% select this house again if we're in the area. Thank you for a great stay, see you next time!!!!
