My family of 4 and our friend’s family of 4 had such a great time at this house! It’s the perfect location for going to the beach (and pool!) with kids. Love that the kitchen was fully stocked, even with kid-friendly stuff. We hope to return next year!

Long Weekend Stay

We had a great time at this large condo by the ocean in Brigantine. Its nicely decorated and well-stocked for your stay. Wonderful beach views, short walk on a trail to the beach. Nice pool in the complex. Just 5 minutes from activities and restaurants in Atlantic City. Great spot to enjoy some time on the Jersey Shore.

Family Vacation 2023

Family from AZ, MD and PA gathered for a week in Brigantine. I’ve visited and stayed with a dear friend in Brig for many years but this was our first time on the Southend. The condo is very comfortable—nicely decorated with great views of the beach from the decks on both levels. Convenient to the supermarket and to dining. The beach was pleasant; it’s wide in that area and provides a lot of space to spread out so you don’t feel you’re listening to someone else’s conversation and they to yours.

Great spacious condo on Brigantine Beach

My wife and I, our adult children, and our 3 very young grandkids all stayed together here for a week. The condo was very spacious and homey. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you could think of for cooking, eating, and drinking. They even had kids dishes and cups, as well as a small eating chair with straps that our 6 month old grandson used instead of his parents having to pack up and bring a highchair. The rest of the condo is well furnished all throughout, and very comfortable ... even with all these adults and kids in the same area, we never felt cramped. It also has 2 long decks that look out over the pool and out to the ocean, which were very nice and got used a lot. The condo also included 2 beach wagons, which we definitely needed. Also included were a large number of beach towels, more than enough for all of us. The owner, Brian, was very friendly and responsive at all points of the process ... answering questions about the place even before I booked it, and then as the check-in date got closer, and then all throughout our stay; almost always responding to questions within an hour. We all really enjoyed our stay at Brian's condo, and after only about 3 days into the week my family members were already asking if we could rent it again next year :). Joe Caldwell Endwell, NY
