Relax in this inviting 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat featuring a heated pool with a soothing waterfall feature. The covered lanai boasts a built-in BBQ island, perfect for poolside dining and entertaining.

Inside, enjoy an open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen featuring updated appliances — including an oven with an air-fryer — plus a breakfast bar to sip your morning coffe. The home offers two comfortable living areas, a washer and dryer, board games, ample pool towels, a Pack-n-Play, portable high chair, and four Smart TVs.

Unwind for movie night on the oversized family room couch with space for all your guests. Two bedrooms have king-size beds and blackout curtains to ensure restful mornings. Two bedrooms have mulitple beds for all the kids to have a slumber party!

This was the most well stocked home we have stayed in; toilet tissue, soaps, pantry items, dishes, cups, glasses, silver, towels, etc. And anything missing was immediately replaced by Melissa. She was altra responsive to any problems, which were few. When the a/c quit cooling, she had a repairman out within a couple of hours. She communicated clearly. Very nice, quiet area. Everything was close, golf, groceries, church, restaurants, etc. The pool was nice, as was the grille. Highly recommended and would come again.

Wonderful stay

We had such a wonderful stay and the house was beautiful! We were here for 4 days dropping my son off at college at Ottawa University so the area and neighborhood was perfect location. The house was fully stocked with everything we could have needed and we had a blast in the pool. Our favorite part was the upstairs family room for movie nights. Melissa was also very responsive. Highly recommend this home!

The property was easy to get to and close to several shopping centers. The pool was clean with plenty of pool towels. The house worked great for two families as there is a family room upstairs as well. The host responded in a timely manner to answer questions.

I have nothing but positive feed back for this property the house is spacious 11 minuets from spring training baseball fields. The pool was nice and relaxing. The house was well equipped with kitchen supplies and towels. Melissa was great and easy to communicate with we will definitely come back.

Great Experience

House was nicer than the pictures, it was great. Melisa was even better, prior to arriving I asked if there was a blender. We workout and make a lot of shakes afterwards … She replied, “I just amazoned one there it will be there prior to your arrival.”

Nathan, Casey and family were amazing guests! They were both very patient and flexible as we dealt with a pool cleaning issue. They followed all check-in, check-out guidelines and left the kindest note upon departure. We would love to have them back anytime!

Great location for family surpise party. A true celebration of 70 years and New Years. Plenty of space to enjoy family and friends with perfect sleeping accomidations and open concept living kitchen and outdoor patio. Would recommend additon of mirrors in bedrooms so that the waiting of bathroom mirror would be shortened.

For the first vrbo experience, I was very pleased with the house and its features. There was plenty of room, bedrooms for everybody, multiple tv's, and the house was stocked with stuff we would need. There was good correspondence from the owner. That said, there were some maintenance issues: the table had a loose leg, the kitchen faucet's pressure needed to be fixed, and the black washclothes are not color fast. But again, coming from Michigan (and Germany!), we really enjoyed (the clean!) pool, and the location was great. knowing the location what the area offers, I'd come back. Thanks folk for the use of your house.

Nice home

We were visiting AZ to spend time with family over the holidays who live here. I was a little disappointed in the listing stating heated pool. The pool was pretty chilly. I know the temps are colder than usually in AZ but having a pool of our own we know that can be fixed by adjusting the temp of the pool. Unfortunately, we were only able to tolerate the pool for a short period of time. The house and property were clean and well maintained.

Great place despite having unforeseen issues

We chose this place for the heated pool but unfortunately the pool heater was broken. The owner was quick to get back to us and arranged for a repairman although we still didn’t get to swim. Heat was out in the place but they got someone over immediately and got it going. Other than that the place was great. Lots of beds with two separate family rooms for the kids to play. Close to the freeway with easy access to many places.

We had a very nice time staying here. It was too cool and rainy to swim or spend much time outdoors but the backyard looked like it would be fun for the kids. Sofas were comfortable and all kitchen items we needed were there. Plenty of clean towels. Close to where we needed to be for the wedding

Unheated - HEATED POOL

Our stay was Nov 16 -22. We were looking for Sunshine, a WARM pool, a place to kick back and watch college and pro football and relax. The house was clean, comfortable, and well presented. The pool was 58 degrees when we arrived at 3PM. The pool person came at 7:30 AM the next morning and he turned the Heat Pump up but by the next morning the pool was still in the 60's. We emailed the property owners, and he had a pool tech out in less than hour to set the heat pump to run 24/7. It took five full days to get the water out of the 70's and to the maximum set temperature of 82 degrees. Our last day. The proper owners did everything they could do and refunded us $200. The TV service does not include local channels or ESPN so there was no local news or football channels. We found one pro game on Amazon. Lots and lots of movies! In the end, we did get to sit in the sunshine.
